Great ingredients and saw improvement with nails as well as hair
Been taking these for six months now - I initially started using them to improve my hair growth and decrease shedding. Seen a noticeable improvement in my hair, which has been backed up by my hair stylist and comments from friends. The bonus is I've felt an overall improvement in my health - the capsules contain a B vitamin complex and kelp so I take this as my general multi-vitamin. I've noticed how much stronger my nails are - and I believe this supplement is the reason for that!!

Can’t comment on efficacy of product yet, but top on jar is impossible to open! I tried to ease it with a knife and the top cracked and a piece fell off.
