Did nothing for my pain
I had such hopes for this given the quality of the brand's scents. However, I took these pills for two months as directed and felt not even the tiniest improvement in my osteoarthritis. I eat a plant-based diet, avoid refined sugar and exercise daily. I wasn't expecting miracles, but some improvement would have been nice.
