Great packaging but can’t tell if it works
Nice amber bottle and packaging, but after religiously popping 2 in the morning everyday for the first month, I honestly can’t tell whether it has a significant effect on my skin and “wellbeing”. It has however subconsciously made me drink more water and down a green juice to go with it, so perhaps a combination of all these factors has made a slight improvement to my complexion. Just sharing honest thoughts!

Amazing!!!
WOW! SO GOOD! Ok, so, I've been having issues with indigestion. Symptoms like frequent acid reflux and constipation. Feeling sluggish and scared of eating the 'wrong' foods in case it flares up the reflux and bloating. Well, literally one day after taking these super pills, the bloating stopped completely and acid reflux said bye-bye. I can't believe all it took was these pills and i was all good to go! Constipation is a thing of the past and i can now eat everything with no fear of any gastric problems!! If you're looking for something that'll help your digestive issues, don't hesitate to try these! Life-changing!!

I didn't realise how good until I ran out :(
So as someone who is quite in tune with their Gut health I have tried all different versions and variations of Probiotics you name it I have probably given it a whirl. I smashed through a whole jar of these Lil wonders and wasn't really appreciating how good I was feeling. People were commenting on my skin and felt like all parts of my digestion were feeling in top shape and I just felt good. Well didn't this change when these went out of stock for a couple of weeks. My skin became dull, blemishes were taking so long to heal, and in saying that I was experiencing so many more. I felt lethargic my belly was unhappy and I just couldn't put my finger on what I was or wasn't doing. Then within a week of taking these every morning, my skin is back glowing and clear, my gut is so much happier and I feel like the balance has been restored and I could not be happier. Definitely not going to allow myself to run out of these anytime soon. So if you are like me, and needing things to come back, rebalance and work the way it should give it a go! I promise happy gut happy life :)

Pretty good but there may be better!
I’ve now finished the 90 day capsules and I must say I’ve not noticed a “big” change in the way I feel. I’m still just as bloated as I used to be. However, I didn’t get any digestion problems and felt good knowing that I was taking these. 4/5 as I didn’t get any side effects from taking these but unfortunately didn’t see all the marvellous results that everyone else seems to have had!

My baseline
Since taking TNC's pre+probiotic I have noticed a dramatic difference in my gut health. It has this soft almost healing feeling in my gut that allows food to digest easily and gives my skin a beautiful glow. It's the kind of supplement you don't want to stop taking!

Changed my life
No exaggeration to say that this has changed my life. I have always had IBS and a reactive stomach prone to bloating, gas and constipation but after three weeks of taking this I could eat whatever I wanted and went to the bathroom every morning like clockwork. I will never, ever be without it.

Changed my life!
I never realised what feeling 'normal' felt like until after two months of taking these consistently. I used to bloat from pretty much everything and never knew what food was going to set me off (I'm already careful with what I eat) after a month of these I felt considerably better, WAY less bloated, no constipation and even my skin feels/looks better. I guess it's true, your gut really is your second brain. I will continue to get these monthly 100%.

The Best
I have taken probiotics before, various brands and number of strands, and I have to say to date this is the best probiotic I have ingested. The most incredible effect that I completely didn't expect was feeling incredibly energetic. I give it two thumbs up and even though I'm curious to try a couple of other things from The Beauty Chef and Moon juice I will always have this baby on my shelf.
