Still Deciding
I've been using this for three months now and am undecided. Previously, I used the Beauty Chef's Glow which I felt was much more effective at controlling my monthly cystic acne. I’ve been taking these (along with Nue co debloat pills) for a few weeks and they have helped with my stomach issues. I experience less bloating and stomach discomfort after meals.
