Life savior
As someone who has struggled endlessly with sleep issues these actually worked they taste disgusting but worth it for a full 8 hours or real relaxed sleep. Only problem is they haven’t been in stock since I first got them ages ago :( please bring these back

Didn’t work for me
I was really excited about this, I have loved every product I’ve brought from the nue co. But I just haven’t enjoyed this very much the taste is awful and I haven’t found that it’s helped to sleep much more than when im not taking it

Amazing
I received this in the restore edit box and wasn’t sure if I wanted to use them at first. I’ve just recently had a hysterectomy and been suffering with my sleep and anxiety. I’ve actually had the best sleep since I’ve been using them and wake up refreshed not tired.

These do help me get to sleep but turns out I'm sensitive to valerian. It gives me really bad dreams when i take it in any form. Maybe that's just me tho!

The best
I really struggle to get to sleep and then to stay asleep, these really help. The taste is slightly sweet and herbal. I would prefer a tablet form of these as when I am away from home I worry about the bottle smashing in my luggage, still going to keep risking it though as I wouldn’t be without them.

It helps and it tastes great. I believe that the sweetness and niceness of the bottle also improve my mood, and I definitely sleep more soundly. This and Defense Drops are a must, but I'm really in love with some of the capsules too, and I feel it is safe to mix and match a little bit.

Didn’t work for me
I received these as part of the Restore edit which I was excited about as they’d been on my to buy list for a while. Sadly, I’ve used them several times and not found them to help - if anything, they seemed to disrupt my sleep more. Everyone is different though and I passed these on to a friend who loves them!

Sleep Drops
I received these Sleep Drops in The Recovery box and I was a bit skeptical about using them but I love them. They do have a taste that reminds me of raisins and fruitcake which is nice. However I cannot get over how much my sleep has improved since using them. I'm one of those people who fall asleep quite easily but then wake up several times during the night but since using these I have found that I sleep most of the night and don't wake up until about 4.30am to 5am, and that is a huge difference in my sleep patterns. I feel less tired during the day so have more energy and I generally feel calmer in myself. I'm definitely buying more of these as I'm so happy with how well they work for me.
