The Ordinary has firmly cemented itself as a leader in science-backed skin care. Taking the guesswork out of building a regime, it ditches unnecessary, filler ingredients for familiar, hard-working actives that deliver promising results... and anything but ordinary is the AHA 30% + BHA 2% Peeling Solution (30ml), which unites AHAs and BHAs to offer deep exfoliation and improve the look of blemishes for overall skin radiance.
Congested skin has met its match with the AHA 30% + BHA 2% Peeling Solution (30ml), which issues powerful exfoliation to improve the appearance of skin texture and tone.
Alpha hydroxy acids (AHAs) exfoliate the skin's topmost layer for a brighter, more even appearance, while beta hydroxy acids (BHAs) exfoliate the skin more deeply to clear pore congestion. Combined in one unique solution, these advanced acids offer potent exfoliation to lessen the look of fine lines, smooth skin texture and boost radiance. This stellar solution also features Tasmanian pepperberry to reduce the appearance of stressed skin, as well as vitamin B5 to help skin feel soft and smooth. Could you ask for more...?

Use in the evening, no more than twice a week. Apply evenly on cleansed, dry skin (avoiding the eye contour) and leave on for no longer than 10 minutes. Rinse with lukewarm water. This formula contains a very high concentration of free acids. The Ordinary recommends use only if you are an experienced user of acid exfoliation, and not to use on sensitive, peeling or compromised skin.

Simple, cheap and effective!
So after seeing the major trend online, I wanted to try this very cheap wash-off mask too. It helped with my skin-bumps and smoothened out some skin texture worries I had. However, tread carefully, because it might sting and do please follow the instructions on the packaging!

Good Good
I used this every once in a while as my cleanser already contains AHA BHA. I could see that my skin is brighter and clearer after only a few usages. Will continue to use this on a weekly basis :)

Great for mascne
I’m a healthcare worker and at the beginning of lockdown, my usually blemish-free skin became really red and angry, especially around my jawline and chin. I was a bit worried about using this as I have very pale sensitive skin but I gradually built up from 5 minutes to the recommended time. It really helped dry out my spots and calm any redness.. and also I felt my pores around my nose and cheeks got so much smaller! I would definitely buy this again and it’s so cheap too! Definitely worth a try!

Bomb.com
What a magical solution it is! Brought difference to my skin in the first use and I can’t stop using it now.. P.s. my skin is oily to normal and has no acne, the solution is bit tingling while applying and it shows results on my skin after 2 days of use.

Ok but don't understand the fuss
I use this occasionally - once every week or two - but I can't say I've seen any dramatic improvements in my skin since I started using it. I use a fair amount of other skincare too, which I feel has really improved the appearance of my skin, so maybe there's just not that much improvement left to see. I don't find it to be any sort of wonder treatment for acne or smoother looking skin. Doesn't do anything bad, but for the increased risk of sun sensitivity I'm not 100% sure it's worthwhile

I love it but be careful
This stuff is strong. Even if your skin is not sensitive, and mine isn't, there are certain precautions you must take. Do not use it on days when your skin feels especially dehydrated. It will burn and cause redness if you're not hydrated enough. Be careful what cleanser you use before. Use a very gentle neutral cleanser with no actives. I used a wash with salicylic acid on one occasion and it was a big big mistake. The same effect when used after the Lixir Electrogel Cleanser. Works best after a nourishing gentle milk cleanser that provides the skin with some protection. Otherwise, it's a great product and helps with breakouts and scars. Just follow the instructions, don't exceed the 10 minutes and follow with nourishing products without actives.

Leave it to the professionals
I tried this after seeing so many positive reviews but was very disappointed. I wouldn’t consider my skin to be sensitive, however, in the first few seconds of applying a very thin layer, my skin started to burn. I had already done a patch test on my arm which was fine. I washed it away ASAP however there was immediately red spots all over my face and it was very itchy- this is the worst my skin has looked in years. This product definitely didn’t work for me, so if you’re thinking of buying this be very careful and would strongly advise doing a patch test. If you are going to use treatment this strong I would see a professional- no wonder it’s banned in so many countries!

Reveal your glow!
I was sceptical about using an acid. I have sensitive/acne prone skin and I had only gone as far as using the Kiehl's Nightly Refining Concentrate. The first try, I kept the mask on for 6 mins. It tingled lots and had me worried for a bit (But all was fine!). When I wiped it off, I followed up with The Ordinary Hyaluronic Acid, a heavy moisture and The Ordinary Marula Oil. The next day I woke up with the absolute glowiest skin I have ever had. The following Sunday, I repeated the experience, but kept the mask on for 10 minutes and instead of the Marula oil, I followed with the Rosehip Seed Oil. The next day - again, glowy skin. The only thing I will say is this seems to bring blackheads on the nose area to the surface, which is great for extraction but not for aesthetic. I have a feeling, after a couple more uses, this will bring them completely out. 10/10 recommend!

My holy grail product!
This is my holy grail product. I recommend it to everyone literally. It’s a bit tingling the first 10 seconds then the sensation disappears. Straight after, it gives me a baby skin so soft and glowing! A MUST HAVE <3
