Use in the evening, no more than twice a week. Apply evenly on cleansed, dry skin (avoiding the eye contour) and leave on for no longer than 10 minutes. Rinse with lukewarm water. This formula contains a very high concentration of free acids. The Ordinary recommends use only if you are an experienced user of acid exfoliation, and not to use on sensitive, peeling or compromised skin.

Very good
I don’t suffer with extreme acne but when I bought it I was breaking out. I’ve had it for a month now and my skin is very smooth and their is minimal spots.

My favorite exfoliant, but follow the instructions!
I love it. When you rinse it off your skin is smooth like baby skin. No more dead skin. It's my favorite exfoliant. Also, don't need a lot of product. It is strong. Don't put it on top of blemishes. It's acid, and can damage the area. Try to go around and far from them. During the first applications, it burns just a little bit for some seconds, so I used it for only 5 minutes, to make sure it didn't make any harm. For sensitive skin, it can be too strong, and truly burn. Maybe look for other products.

An amazing product!
I bought this product with the hope it would reduce the appearance of my blackheads on my nose and it has done that and much more. However, when I first started using the product, it did make my skin breakout- little whiteheads round my nose and a few between my eyes, but I stuck with it and it cleared up within a week. I have oily prone skin for context. I carried on using the product and to be fair I only really noticed a huge difference after about 3 weeks of use (using it twice a week). My skin looks clearer, more airbrushed and softer- plus my blackheads are so much less noticeable. I would definitely recommend this product, especially during quarantine, as then a few breakouts aren't going to be seen as much. The product does sting quite a bit also. I ALWAYS put on sunscreen after I have used this as well, as the sun can be quite damaging to your skin after using an acid.

First time use
Have been using this product for almost a month now after revamping my skincare routine and have noticed a significant difference in terms of brightness and healing of my skin as have recently suffered from acne and hyper pigmentation. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing product
So glad I took the plunge on the product. Worth every penny. Does sting a little when you first apply but that goes after a few seconds and the result after the first couple of uses is amazing. My skin looks so much better in appearance and feels so smooth and fresh! Will certainly be purchasing more.

Not seen much of a difference yet...
Used once or twice a week for a month or so and not seen much difference. It feels like its irritating your skin at first but it hasn't at all which is obviously a good thing. Not sure I'm understanding the hype though..
