Use in the evening, no more than twice a week. Apply evenly on cleansed, dry skin (avoiding the eye contour) and leave on for no longer than 10 minutes. Rinse with lukewarm water. This formula contains a very high concentration of free acids. The Ordinary recommends use only if you are an experienced user of acid exfoliation, and not to use on sensitive, peeling or compromised skin.

Amazing!!!
My skin pigmentation has definitely approved a lot since using this once a week and The Ordinary's lactic acid every other day, leaves the skin feeling very soft as well!

It does deserve the 5 star rating!
I have used this once a week for about a month and can honestly say it has made a massive difference to the skin which is a combo. I suffer from post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, it’s prevalent on my cheeks but I have noticed they are starting to fade and others have commented too on how clear my skin looks. As an added bonus my complexion is glowing. This really work does and is an absolute bargain! I’ve used more expensive brand products and this beats them all.

powerful formula, really does the job , but you need to know how to use it
It’s one of my favourite skincare products! It’s a powerful peeling (some say it’s a dupe for Sakura Facial from DE), very affordable and it lasts for a long time. My skin is renewed every time I use it and it helps a lot with pimples, blemishes, and acne. One piece of advice though is to do a patch test as the formula is powerful and can cause sensitivity. You should only use as prescribed in the bottle (don’t overtime it has it will do it more harm than good). The peeling is amazing But remember your skin will get sensitive. I give a 10/10!

Iideal for oily and acne skin
This was the first chemical exfoliator I tried on my skin and after one year I am still repurchasing it. Does wonders on recent acne scars and clearing up my blackheads. At this moment I also use a daily liquid exfoliator when I feel I need extra exfoliating in between the uses of this mask. Still, I have the feeling that other exfoliating products don't penetrate my skin as deep as this product while not leaving a pulling feeling on my skin afterward. In the beginning, my skin needed to adjust to the use of this product. I remember That I love my first use of this mask but that my second and third use was irritating. That is why I advise you to start using it once a week and slowly building up the use by listening to your skin. I love this product!

Seeing Results and How to Use
I am someone who’s always struggled with acne and even when it is mild, I have scarring left over. I’d seen many people use this so I thought I’d give it a shot. Within the first week of using it, I could see the redness of my skin toning down. I’ve been using it for a month now and I can say that a lot of my scarring is gone. However, I do not recommend this if you have sensitive because you could be left with chemical burns. If you are going to use it, use it once a week only and DO NOT leave on for longer than 10 minutes. You should also build up to it so your skin is used to the acids by leaving it on for 3 minutes the first time, then 5 minutes, then 7 and finally 10. Although it says that you can use this up to twice a week, I don’t recommend you do as you should only be exfoliating once a week and this is also a chemical exfoliant, therefore, there are higher risks. I would also like to say that it may sting but that’s nothing out of the ordinary, however, if it’s stinging too much wash it off immediately and avoid using it.
