Use in the evening, no more than twice a week. Apply evenly on cleansed, dry skin (avoiding the eye contour) and leave on for no longer than 10 minutes. Rinse with lukewarm water. This formula contains a very high concentration of free acids. The Ordinary recommends use only if you are an experienced user of acid exfoliation, and not to use on sensitive, peeling or compromised skin.

Strong stuff
This works. I’m using it on pigmented areas on my body though as it literally peeled a patch of my face right off despite following the instructions to a T. I would still repurchase for my elbows and knees.

Not that impressed
Yes it helps with acne and texture without drying/aggrivate sensitive skin, but not that effective. I finish the whole bottle before writing this, so don't get your hopes up. I still got acne and the softness after using this only lasted a day or two.

Actually Amazing!
I bought this product a couple of months ago and was presently surprised with the results. It made my skin extremely smooth and baby soft! It does tingle at first but doesn't burn or itch. I recommend this product to anyone who wants smooth and glowy skin!

I now regularly use 4 products from The Ordinary. This one is an amazing, gloopy, beetroot colour. I use it once or twice a week and it gives me a bit more glow. It has improved the texture of the skin in my T zone area very quickly.

Chemical exfoliation
Had been wanting to try this product for a long time! And when I finally did loved it. It has a slightly stinging feel to it when applied, I like to believe that is when the work is happening. Leaves you a softer, cleaner and even skin thereafter. Be sure to moisturize and care for your skin after using this product. I would say its enough to use this once every 2 weeks.
