It’s not sensational
It doesn’t seem to have made much of a difference to any age spots and I use it every night. However, the placebo effect keeps me using it.

Not sure if this has done anything
I've had this for a few months now and tbh I don't think it faded my acne scars. Also using too much of this breaks me out, adding to my scarring. It feels really nice on the skin and now my breakouts are under control, I've reintroduced this to my routine and use it sparingly.

Love it
This product is great, my skin feels nourished and glows after I've used it. When I get lazy and don't put it on I can tell the difference, my skin definitely doesn't look as good. Not sure if it's helped with pigmentation but it's certainly not hurting! I'm definitely keeping this in my routine for the foreseeable future.

Packaging is the worst
I can't even tell how much I am dissapointed. The review has nothing with the serum itself, but rather with packaging. I bought a bunch of The Ordinary serums in the beginning of summer and put them to one cosmetic bag horizontally to use one by one later on. Of course I stored this bag in a dry, cold place without any sunlight. Today when I reached for another bottle I found out that a bottle of Ascorbyl Tetraisopalmitate Solution 20% in Vitamin F is soacked in it's contents along with every packaging in that cosmetic bag. After opening the box I saw the cap widened and can't be closed anymore. What is even more dissapointing it was never used and taken from the original packaging! Of cource the serum left is oxidized and I am not even sure if it's fine to use it. I feel frustrated that I didn't even try it.
