very nice
I have puffy and reddish eyes when I wake up or when I'm tired. I use this solution morning and night and I feel like my eyes are less puffy, less red (the skin) and less tired looking overall. I feel like I get a boost of energy on my eyelids :P

The jury is still out......
Bought this with high hopes. Used it on just one eye for two weeks (and no creams at all on the other eye) to see if there was any noticeable difference. I think there was. It certainly smooths out lines and crinkles after a few minutes of patting it around the eye area, but I’m not sure if the effects are that long-lasting. However I am now using it on both eyes, morning and night. I like it under make-up. It’s been about a month now and I am still monitoring it! It wasn’t expensive so I’m very prepared to persist with it! I would buy again.

Amazing!!
I’ve been using morning and night now for about 3 weeks and it’s transformed the bags and dark circles I’d developed since becoming a mummy! I’d definitely recommend this!

Not made for me
Its been a month since I've started using it and I've had zero results. I bought two bottles one for myself and the other one for my mother and we both have seen no results. Wouldn't recommend it. Instead, I bought an eye cream recently from miniso which was cheaper than this ordinary product and must say that it did wonders.. I applied on one eye the ordinary product and on the other eye that eye cream from miniso I can clearly tell the difference, the puffiness has markedly reduced and wrinkles on the eye on which I used miniso eye cream and nothing happened on the other eye on which I used the ordinary product. I've read other people comments on this ordinary product and a lot of them were satisfied with it so maybe this wasn't made for me I suppose.

Not impressed
I use many of The Ordinary products and love them. However, I was so disappointed in this one. Haven’t felt or seen any differences at all so don’t feel it’s worth purchasing again sadly.

A permanent addition
The only eye 'cream' that I have used that has reduced dark circles. The colour and depth of my dark circles has improved dramatically - I would say maybe 80% gone. It will sooth puffiness / reduce bags but I don't find it does my in the way of fine lines - I like to add a drop to my usual eye-cream for double effect. It is a strange consistency so if using on it's own you may need to wait a little while before applying makeup. I think I will have in my kit forever and at such a good price point - you really can't go wrong.

Does what it promises!
I loooove this item, I have almost every offering that The Ordinary has, but this is one I have to have in stock at all times. Writing this from my hospital bed as I had to order one to use whilst in here, I can't bear to be parted from it! I do in the morning layer it with Goldfaden MD Bright Eyes and Nuxe Multi Correction Eye Serum at night for extra moisture, but this stuff certainly does the heavy lifting!

Really good, it works & great value.
I bought this with trepidation - could something so cheap transform a 52 year olds eyes?...but I am really pleased. I wanted something to tighten my fine lines and discolouration. It has absolutely done that and it is so cheap and I reckon it will probably last a year! One drop each morning under each eye, takes a while to sink in, then over onto my eyelid. It has got rid of all fine lines and even smoothed a deeper line that was forming at the side of my eyes. Colour under eye is also better. Doesn't smell and others have mentioned it stinging if you get it in your eye but I have not experienced this. Love the packaging. I also bought a more expensive eye cream but this is the one that works! Try it!
