Pleasantly surprised...
I wasn't expecting anything great but here I am writing a review, which I never do. I don't like to wear heavy or full coverage foundations, as I like to feel as though my skin can breathe. This fulfills that requirement for me. I find it build-able and pump small amounts (never a full pump) to build up the coverage. It is clearly very affordable and although it's a small bottle, I don't feel like I am using loads. Yet I like that once I've got a tan, I can easily swap my current one out for a darker one without feeling like I'm wasting a product or my money. I always wear a primer, so I haven't had issues with it's durability and find that it lasts throughout my 14 hour days. I have noticed a tiny bit of oxidation on my nose, but not every day and I have been using this product for a week. It's super comfortable on the skin and an all-rounder for those who prefer lightweight and build-able foundations. I also found the colour matched me very well and I like the thin consistency.

Ok
Ok foundation for the price. Separates in bottle. If you don’t mosturise your face beforehand, it REALLY emphasises dry patches, and can flake off during the day. It has no oil control. However, the coverage is light to medium (buildable) and does last quite a while. If you have oily skin, and you are going to set this, I feel like it would be a lot better x

No
At first it looks perfect with a really good coverage (definitely not full, more like medium) and nice colour (1N) but after like 1 min it starts oxidize and become orange and darker for 2-3 tones so it's impossible for me to wear it. Maybe darker shade don't have this problem

Good colour match but poor staying power
I had high hopes for this, but was left underwhelmed. The colour is great and matched me perfectly, but after a couple of hours I had to reapply my powder as it was separating on my face. As someone who doesn’t have oily skin I was quite surprised I need to apply the power again. Wont be re-ordering.

Bad.
I feel so bad leaving a 1 star review on a product from my favorite skincare brand, but this one is BAD! No coverage on me,gets really oily. It even has ingredients which aren't ok for oily skin, they should have said it's for normal to dry skin. These are the ingredients: Coconut Alkanes,Polyglyceryl-3 Diisostearate .Same goes for the serum one which also has these 2 plus Stearic Acid, but weird, because that one doesn't get that oily and has more coverage.

Great value for money
It's a great foundation for day to day. It doesn't hold on me very well, breaks up and cracks by the end of the day. But i still like it if i'm not wearing it for a full 12 hours, worth it for the small price tag.

Great foundation!
I have worn Estée Lauder Double Wear for years as I have oily skin with pigmentation and acne scars. I picked up The Ordinary foundation as I wanted to see if it was worth the hype. I have to say for the price, this is a great foundation. The coverage is medium but very buildable. As to staying power, it does require setting with a good quality powder. The foundation stays well throughout the day when set with powder. As the day goes on it becomes a bit more dewy but I really like the finish!
