Not for the pale / dry skinned
Bought this in shade 1.0p and on the good side, it did seem to be good, full coverage and I imagine that if you normal/oily skin then this will do the job nicely for a reasonable price. However, this was slightly too dark and yellow for my skin (I am very fair) and made me look a bit jaundiced (a lot of foundations do!). It also really flaked on my dry skin in a way that I haven’t had with other foundations, even when mixed with moisturiser. Oh well, I think it would work for a lot of people but just not me.

Average
Flakes on dry skin and doesn’t last very well, within 2 hours it becomes very patchy. It also transfers really badly.

Overrated
I bought the shade 1.0 N, which was a perfect match on initial application but the foundation oxidised quickly and noticeably, at least 2 shades darker, making it unwearable for me. Coverage is medium at best and didn’t cover any marks or pigmentation.

WORTH EVERY CENT
Amazing product with great coverage for everyday use. Not just incredibly well priced but also feels so great on the skin and really gives a polished look. Unfortunately, the shade I purchased first was way too dark and the product oxidizes so I'd suggest most take that into consideration before the purchase, however, I can in no way blame the product for my mistake with regards to choosing my shade. Again, I highly recommend it.

Incredible
Seen some mixed reviews on this but I was looking for a budget foundation so I can stop spending £44 a time. I wasn't convinced but it's £5 so not a major investment if it's no good. I'm 44, very pale with yellow tones, hyper-pigmentation and spider veins so it's rare a foundation leaves me feeling that confident as I have problem skin. Hence I was shelling out £44 for one which does a decent job. I bought the light yellow with gold and the silicone primer. I have to say it's the nicest my skin has looked in years. I guess it just comes down to what works for your skin and this won't be right for everyone. For me it gives adequate cover, it's light and easy to build up and the one thing I was most worried about ordering kind of "blind" online was the colour. I got lucky and it's the best match I've ever had with a foundation. My exact skin tone once blended in. The gold gives a little glow which I've topped with an absolute feather touch of powder. I'm not just surprised, I'm gobsmacked. Shame I can't share a photo!

Not Great
I had heard great things about this foundation as well as it being very cheap which is great and from reviews it seems to work for some people but after using it for a few days with the High Adherence Silicone Primer also from The Ordinary my skin became extremely dry and red from these products and my skin is normally quite oily, not only that but the foundation seemed to disappear almost immediately and did not seem to provide any coverage and was very patchy, I tried using different brushes or a beauty blender but the results were the same. Not impressed.

Fullest of full coverage
I love this foundation. It is 100% full coverage. Works well on combination skin. For the price, you can’t complain. Best full coverage foundation I’ve used yet. Shame they don’t do bigger bottles.

One star
The foundation is the worse. Flakes on dry skin doesn’t cover anything up and wasn’t a decent colour. I know it’s cheap but still, I’ll be sticking with Tarte.

As expected for the price
For a five pound foundation it does its job, colour matches well enough but any powder applied on top disturbs the foundation itself leaving it horribly patchy. If you’re on a budget it’s fine but wouldn’t recommend otherwise steer clear.

In love
I bought this one in the shade of 2.0YG and I absolutely loved it. it does a pretty good job at covering my blemishes (though you might still want to use concealer if you want a full coverage) and I love how lightweight this foundation is. I have a combination skin and whilst my t-zone does get quite oily throughout the day, I find that it's not as bad as when I was using other foundations. Also, I don't know if it's just me, but this foundation makes my skin look glowy - I really like that. Anyway, all in all, I love this foundation and it's a bonus that it's so cheap!
