Subtle, but effective
I use this in the mornings, every other day, alternating it with my Drunk Elephant C- Firma, which I have been using for about six months. I find this to be a lovely accompaniment to my skincare routine, it's brightening but does not sting or irritate the skin. I have dry skin, and so really like the thick, almost oily texture, and works well for me in the morning but can see how this may not be best for some people with oily or combination skin.

Do feel I'm seeing results here...
Writing this after having used this product for about 2 weeks, so impressions are still early on. I have been using Ascorbyl Tetraisopalmitate Solution 20% in Vitamin F for some months now as part of my overall regimen - it's a product I really like, that sits well under my foundation and is pleasant to use. However, I was curious about EUK being a manganese-based antioxidant and it's self-regenerative properties. Thought it would be nice to compare. My initial thoughts are that the texture for me, is more suited to nighttime use - it's a bit thicker than the ATS20%, takes a bit longer to really sink in. I also noted an obvious (but pleasant) warming sensation when applying it. I use it at night over NIOD CAIS, then Hylamide. What I am noticing in the morning is that my skin looks a bit brighter, calmer and smoother than with what I was using before. I try to not let the "placebo effect" guide me on products, but I genuinely think this may be, for me, superior to the 20% at least in terms of how my skin seems to be more visibly responding to it. I will still use the other product during the day, though, because it just is a bit easier to work within those circumstances. But I will repurchase this! At least so far, I'm seeing some results.
