Offering gentle yet effective exfoliation with 10% lactic acid (an alpha hydroxy acid), this lightweight serum reduces pigmentation, minimises fine lines and wrinkles and improves overall skin texture. It's also bursting with Tasmanian pepperberry to reduce signs of inflammation and soothe any redness sometimes caused by exfoliation. Oh, and there's more... it's enhanced with nourishing hyaluronic acid to not only lock in moisture, but retain it too.

Apply once per day, ideally in the evening. Can be diluted with other treatments to reduce strength until skin develops tolerance. Avoid contact with eyes. I liked it overall, however...
...every time I used it, I would get one or two small spots the following day. I tried to stick with it for more than a couple of months. I combined it with different products to see if it would keep those pesky whiteheads from popping up, but to no avail. I have oily/combination skin, so I’m already prone to breakouts every now and then, and - frankly - didn’t want to deal with one or two more.

Gentle exfoliator for a sensitive, dry skin.
I would consider it a good starting out product for gentle exfoliation. If you have dry, sensitive, reactive skin (as I do), this product did help in achieving a mild exfoliation. After 6 weeks of use, it did not cause any irritation and helped my skin in maintaining a healthier balance.

Love this!!!!!
I have oily, acne prone skin and this so far has been a game changer! I’ve been trying to many different products over the past year and this has really calmed my skin. I’ve have only been using it for a couple of weeks and I really hope that my skin just keeps getting better with this.

I am such an Ordinary fan, and this is one of my favourite products. I am not very good with beauty product knowledge, which is maybe why I like it so much, but it's great nonetheless. I have sensitive skin so the 5% lactic acid is good for my skin type; I also don't see redness after using this product. I do recommend using sun lotion the day after this - but then again you should always be applying sunscreen! The only con about this product is that even if I use it 2-3 times during the week I don't feel as though my skin has been thoroughly exfoliated. So I would probably recommend using an exfoliating scrub along side this product. I.e. use this 1-2 times per week and every week or every two weeks exfoliate with a scrub.

Wonderful but not amaazing
I've been using this product for over a month now pros: - lovely mild exfoliant, helps keep my skin congestion at bay - skin has gotten softer and somewhat smoother - skins brightness has improved - only need to use a little, so the product lasts well cons: - post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation has not drastically improved - expected better skin-brightening effects not sure whether I would repurchase or perhaps look for a glycolic acid night serum instead.
