Not so good
I was quite disappointed, I expected to have my skin moisturised because it is a serum as well, but no. I have oily skin and it made it really dry, the foundation didn't blend well and you can see it on my skin. It looks like a very cheap foundation. The coverage is good, but what's the point if I look like I don't know how to apply foundation or like I used the cheapest that I could find?

Love love
This is a really great product if you want something with low to medium coverage. It feels very light on the skin, and isnt too matte or too glowy for me which works great for my combo skin.

Very impressed
I bought this foundation to try, I have never tried any of The ordinary range before however have had friends that have recommended it. I sort of guessed what foundation shade I would need and it’s perfect! I love how weightless it feels on my face and applies really nicely. I was concerned the coverage wasn’t going to be enough for me but it covers really nicely without looking heavy!

Favourite - this one's replacing my Chanel! :-)
This is absolutely the best foundation I've ever used. It glides on like a second skin, and I need barely any for great coverage. I'm not confident with my skin, but I feel I can step out with confidence just using a tiny bit of this. Can't believe I'm replacing my Chanel with something that's only a fraction the cost! Couldn't recommend this more!

Foundation
I was recommended to try this foundation. I am so pleased I did as I love it. Goes on really well and looks lovely and for a good price. The only downside is it has no lid. Not sure if it should be like that or was just missing but the brilliant product still.

I’m not sure
The appeal was the low cost test of this and the fact it has the potential to give me a healthier looking face without looking like I’ve got a face covered in make up. Despite using the smallest amount it still didn’t look great, it kind of sat in top of my skin and didn’t compliment/enhance so much as mask. I’ll probably give it another couple of goes but personally think I prefer a BB cream.

New favourite
After lockdown I was loathe to go back to wearing a full face of foundation and make up every day and decided to stick with a more natural look. I’d been trying a few different BB creams when I saw a vegan blogger review of this and decided to look into it. I don’t usually order things online if I haven’t been able to do a colour test but I decided to go for it and ordered the 2.0 N Light Medium and found it suits my skin colour really well. It blends easily and once it’s on you don’t feel like you’re wearing any make up at all. Love the way it evens my skin tone without making it look like I’m wearing make up, and lasts all day. I was dubious as a few people had mentioned a ‘dewy’ look and I didn’t want to look shiny and oily but I’ve found it just looks natural. Will certainly buy again

First Impressions, Second Impressions...
I usually use an Erborian BB cream or Younique foundation but I'm on a budget and have been looking for another light foundation. While I may be getting lines & stuff at 41, maturity has finally cleared up my acne, my skin is a little combo but tending more towards dry - I don't use concealer anymore and heavy foundations are really not my style. I watched a load of youtube videos and this was recommended. I must say I was shocked by how many pumps of foundation people seem to use in youtube videos. 3 pumps? sometimes more?! (and why do people who clearly have pink undertones choose the yellow base one shade too dark!??!) Anyway, I usually use only a small dot of BB cream and maybe 2-3 drops of younique. Thinking maybe I've been doing things wrong this whole time, when I got this foundation I decided to try it with the matching silicone primer first... then 2 pumps. UGH, horrendous! It looked disgusting. Heavy, caked on - not nice at all. For some reason it formed patches on invisible blonde face fuzz I never even knew I had. I had to use 2 makeup wipes and then wash my face in dr. bronners to get it all off. Disgusting. Once my face was clean, I decided to try JUST the foundation, and this time - a scanty 3/4ths pump. Perfect. It looks great and even looks great on camera. I think I might have found my cheap and cheerful replacement foundation.
