Formulated from a unique combination of colour pigments suspended in the brands proprietary spreadability system, this lusciously lightweight serum glides on for a smooth, subtly perfected, semi-matte finish that lasts all day without settling into fine lines. For an ultra-natural result, its available in 21 versatile shades, ranging from very fair to very deep and each classified according to its undertone. P shades stand for pink undertones, R for red, N for neutral and Y for yellow, so you can suit your skin tone to a tee. As if you needed further convincing, the formula also offers SPF 15 sun protection without the use of chemical sunscreens.

Love this in summer!
I really love this foundation in summer when I just want a light touch! I have skin that can get dry, but also suffer from visible pores etc, and find this works well to even skin, blur imperfections and give me a nice glow.

Daily Foundation
I use this serum everyday and swear by it. It combines well with moisturiser, primer, liquid highlight, you name it. Not only is this cost effective, but it also contains SPF30 so it serves a dual purpose! I have combination skin and I’m prone to a monthly breakout, and this will always leave my skin glowing and dewy all day, with just the right amount of coverage to cover any breakouts. I will always re-purchase this serum foundation from The Ordinary.

Triggered a breakout
I wanted to love this - the coverage is great, the finish is great but it broke me out so bad all over my chin and cheeks. So if you have sensitive acne prone skin maybe give it a miss.

Serum foundation
Thought I'd take the plunge and buy the serum foundation! I decided on 2.1p, however, the foundation I've got definitely has no pink undertone whatsoever, it does have orange and yellow undertones instead! Great for that skin tone however I look like an Oompa Loompa! Glad it wasn't expensive! The Colour chart is also 'off although I accept that could be my iPad.

Amazing
I wanted something lightweight to wear everyday for work and this is just nice. Although i think i got the wrong shade(one shade lighter) but its so lightweight that i can get away with it.will be getting it again

Stunning on the skin, but be careful!
I love the finish of this - it's the perfect medium coverage with a super dewy, border lining, wet finish. Reminiscent of runway model skin! Unfortunately, I have to be super careful which products I use under it, as with many The Ordinary products, it has peeled on me. I prefer this with a brush, but the peeling is worse, so a sponge is more fool proof.

Great day to day foundation
This was a real surprise as it was a lot thinner than expected but it goes on so well. You can build it up for a heavier look. But for day to day wear at work it’s perfect. It glides on so easily and leaves a dewy finish. The colour match was spot on, even when I was unsure at the time of ordering. The price is amazing value too, as are all of ordinary products.

Natural look
Really great lightweight foundation with a natural look to it. Amazing price and a little can go a long way, depending on the look you want. Can’t wait to wear this out for drinks when that time comes!

Allergic reaction beware!!
I received this product and immediately tried it on my hand and one side of my face, as I do have sensitive skin and as I had no reaction I went ahead and applied it all over my face a few days later... on the day it seemed ok, I wouldn't say the coverage was great and slightly oily for me.
