I am really disappointed with these products as I am a huge fan of the Ordinary's skincare so I was quite excited to try these haircare products... first of all the bottle is really not fit for purpose, it's hard to squeeze out the shampoo and conditioner especially when you are about to finish the product. I feel like the conditioner is not nourishing enough and feels as if I did not use conditioner at all when I wash it off. Shampoo is just mediocre I guess. The bottles are also too small, if you have long hair like me (around chest length) you will be finished with the product so quickly. Will not be repurchasing :(

I wanted to start trying low PH hair products and so I bought this one to try because I like The Ordinary, but they're just fine. The shampoo barely lathers and I feel like I need to use a lot in order to really clean my hair, especially since it's long, but I do like the conditioner, it leaves my hair soft.

The shampoo works fine as a clarifying shampoo but I have very sensitive, dermatitis prone skin that is aggravated by shampoos and conditioners, I use this to remove build up post hair wash from my skin and it’s helped my acne. The conditioner is a real surprise, my hair loves it. Need something a little more heavy duty now as I just did a bleaching but as a day to day conditioner it’s really lightweight yet seems to actually do something to my hair, pleasantly impressed for the price.
