Tower 28 brand never fails, always great products, the shine on milky lip jelly is no exception. It's very moisturising on the lips, no tacky feeling. It has a light wash of colour. I will be looking to buy more colours especially the brighter ones in summer.

I have this in shade coconut and now need them all! One of the best lip glosses ever! Not sticky at all, lovely and moisturising, and just enough colour if you are shy of lipstick like me. I find them drying and make me look washed out. This stuff is unreal.
