Its protective prowess stems from zinc oxide, which protects your skin from damaging UVA and UVB rays while working to soothe the look of redness. Plant-derived pentavin lends the blend a refreshing hit of hydration, and antioxidant-rich kakadu plum helps to guard your complexion against free radicals... All in all, this SPF is one that your face (and ears, and neck) should never be without!

Good but greasy
The only problem with this product is that it doesn’t go well under makeup - it makes it peel and patchy. The tint is also quite orange which doesn’t look good.

Decent mineral SPF but not perfect
I find it leaves a very slight cast, however considering its a mineral SPF it doesn't bother me or look too obvious on my medium/dark skin tone. I think this is the best mineral SPF I've found so far that can work for medium/dark tones. It has pilled with my current skincare serums, so I find using this on it's own after cleansing is best. It's very thick so on its own works for me as I don't like the feeling of too many products on my skin. The matte finish is good for hot summer days when you're more likely to get sweaty and/or oily.

Too thick unless mixing with a moisturiser, lasted only a month, compared to the other one they do which personally I prefer and lasts twice as long, I use 2 pumps every morning, 52 weeks of the year

The best SPF I’ve ever used
Please never discontinue this product, it is perfect! Everything I’ve been looking for in a mineral SPF. It says it’s matte but I find it to be a very natural skin like finish. The tint is brilliant, absolutely no white cast with this and I feel it helps keep my skin hydrated but it doesn’t get greasy. Amazing product!

Great for oily skin
Been searching for a decent SPF for my super shiny tzone forever. This is a nice consistency, whether used alone or mixed-in with moisturiser or skin tint (or both). A subtle tint to it for a 'fresh face' look. Can't tell yet whether it'll stop me from burning but happy so far. It does rub off throughout the day, or cause makeup to peel a bit later in the day, hence -1*. Will see how things go this summer, fingers crossed!

This is a ‘go-to’ for me. It never pills, it sits smoothly under makeup and has a great ‘no-makeup makeup’ effect if I wear it alone. The tube lasts for about 3months with daily use and the only downside is the pump which always pumps a bit out on the neck.

Best SPF brand
I really love the Ultra Violette brand and when it came to the UK I tried the mattifying SPF as I generally don’t like the feel of too much on my skin. To be honest, this was probably a mistake at my age (57) as I need something a bit more moisturizing. That being said, if you are younger with an oily or combination skin, this is for you. It goes on well (although a bit thicker than the other Ultra Violette products)and with no white cast. I probably wouldn’t purchase again but I would recommend it for a younger skin.
