Harnessing the skin (and sensory) benefits of some of the world’s most powerfully healing plant extracts, Uma’s exquisite elixirs and treatments are grown, distilled, formulated and bottled in small batches at a lush family estate in India. Ideal if you’re complexion’s confused and congested, this Deeply Clarifying Face Mask is enriched with natural antibacterials, antioxidant-dense oils and botanicals to gently draw out blemish-inducing impurities from pores, regulate your skin’s oil levels, soothe inflammation and help to fade acne scarring.
A celebration of creator Shrankhla’s aunt Uma, these stunning, home-grown treatment oils are all about simplicity, integrity and equilibrium, and are virtually unparalleled in their purity and efficacy. This beautiful mask is formulated with a bouquet of botanicals to detoxify and soothe confused complexions for a clearer visage over time. Tea tree helps to combat infection; cinnamon and orange boost cell turnover to help reduce the appearance of acne scarring; antibacterial turmeric, clove and neem keep blemish-causing bacteria at bay; honey and lemon regulate natural oil production to minimise future breakouts. These are united in a kaolin clay, fuller’s earth and aloe base to draw out impurities and soothe inflamed blemishes.
Azadirachta indica (Neem) Leaf Extract, Citrus Sinensis (Orange) Peel, Rosmarinus Officinalis (Rosemary), Melaleuca Alternifolia (Tea Tree), Curcuma longa (Turmeric), Eugenia Caryophyllus (Clove) Oil, Solanum lycopersicum (Tomato) Extract, Base of Kaolin Clay, Fuller’s Earth and Aloe Vera.

Amazing
First of all, the packaging of UMA is beautiful. I usually go for the Aztec Clay Mask, but find it very drying as it sucks out literally the life out of my skin. This mask deep cleanses my skin without leaving it super dry. A little goes a long way here as you need to use a bit of water to thin out the 'paste'! it smells a-m-a-z-i-n-g, literally like a spa, or a field of flower goodness! And my skin has never felt so clean and soft!

Thankful
I don’t often give reviews but I really loved this product. I had a very bad breakout reaction from a new face mask, however, this instantly calmed my skin! I use it twice a week to sooth and manage my sensitive skin, just wished it wasn’t so expensive! I will definitely repurchase.

The best
Hands down the best mask and acne treatment available. I use it as a mask, and it's great, but the true magic starts when you apply it to spots overnight. It tends to rub off slightly, so apply it wet and just a thin layer. The smell is too strong for me, but it's a small price to pay. You can't expect a good smell from a product based on Neem oil :-) It's almost impossible to apply with dry fingers or to a dry face, so you'll have to find your way. I just wet my fingers and then the hard clay smooths on easily. Definitely worth the trouble! I love the whole Uma range, but some products are not worth the money in my opinion (like Deeply Clarifying Solution) and can be substituted with cheaper, natural and equally good alternatives. But the mask is second to none!
