Super Lips
I got this in a goody bag, and noticed the difference almost immediately. I used every night before going to bed and my lips looked and felt great. I had a look at buying a full size pot but the price put me off. But... after a few weeks, I thought that actually, it just might have been worth it, so I splashed out. Even better than I remember. I use once a day and the results are amazing.

High end price tag, low end results
The claims were enough to make me want to buy this as my lips need work, but lucked out with a free sample. Nice enough, like the aloe smell, but absolutely nowhere near hydrating enough. Have used it for a while and not seen any plumping, soothing or softening. It's biggest plus point is a little goes a long way, so the tiny 10ml jar should last.

I finally tried the deluxe sample from the goody bag and I don't know what took me so long! I took it with me on holiday and I applied it every morning and night. I had no expectations and was weirded out by the watery lotion-like texture and thought for sure this won't work but I was pleasantly surprised! My lips were so hydrated and plump. will definitely buy the full size!

Hasn't worked for me
I had high hopes for this but after 6 months of daily use it's done nothing for the lines along my upper lip. It could be good as prevention, but no cure for me!

A lot of promises
Not worth your money! A lot of promises but does nothing more than a normal hydrating lip cream/mask which you can find for much less. Tiny pot for big £

Dissapointment
Very tiny pot and no results. I expected a lot from this high end lip treatment but the promised benefits are missing even when used as a lip night mask. Pity.

Love the product hate the packaging
I got a deluxe sample of this in a tube and it has been my favourite lip treatment since. Nothing has worked so well on my lips making them from cracked painful mess to soft pillows, honestly, I’m baffled how well this works, I can’t even believe it. I thought I was imagining things as usually lip balms and treatments only work for an hour or two after application, while this kept my lips moisturized all day long only with the overnight application. So I stopped using this for a bit and I really felt the difference. I’ve tried everything from natural oils, clean beauty balms, cult and niche balms and treatments and this is truly the best. I came to repurchase and I just don't understand why is this in a jar. It’s truly so unhygienic and impractical. For such a great product I’m so disappointed with the packaging design. Feels so wrong to spend so much money on a product that should be perfect in all aspects but isn’t. That said I’ve spent more on products in tubes that were much less efficient. Please update this sad packaging to a more user friendly design and you will have a customer for life who will recommend this to everyone she knows :)

Opposite of hydration!
The texture and fragrance of this product is really nice, but after two applications it has left my lips feeling dry and sore!

New Lips, Who’s There?
I received this in a the Goody Bag and I applied it during the night time and woke up to plumped up lips in the morning. My lips now looked better with or without lipstick. I can’t believe how wonderful this preduct really is, it’s like sorcery. Just when I thought my lips are just doing fine, but now I really need it, and I gotta have it.
