loved it
I actually loved this product. Took SPF and makeup off nicely after massaging for about 1 minute and adding water to emulsify.

The old formula was better
I buy this product regularly and it’s usually a beautiful cleanser that doesn’t irritate the skin. But I recently repurchased a new tub and as soon as I used it I could tell the ingredients had been changed. The new formula feels horrible on my skin, it’s waxy and greasy and doesn’t wash off with water like it used to. You definitely have to use a cloth to remove it and double cleanse with a face wash, it also leaves a greasy film on your hands after you’ve massaged it onto your face. Why fix what isn’t broken? I highly doubt I will repurchase this again.

Not too great
This product is fine but not great. It leaves a lot of oil on my skin and I always have to use another product to remove my makeup completely.

cleansing balm
Love this product, it glides over the skin and turns to oil immediately which avoids dragging or tugging of delicate skin. It melts mascara and eyeliner without leaving an oil residue. it’s just a really good product I’d highly recommend!

The Best Balm Cleanser
The is outright my favourite balm cleanser. At first, I was put off because of some of the ingredients this product was supposed to contain, after looking into this I couldn’t see anything particularly bad, after the first use I noticed my face felt very clean and fresh and also very moisturised and wasn’t red or stingy. You do need to use some sort of cloth or fabric to ensure that all of your make-up/ balm has been removed. I know some people are particularly against fragrances/ EO but I found the eucalyptus scent rather pleasant and calming, perfect for a bedtime cleanse!

Wouldn’t repurchase
The scent is quite strong of essential oils- not an issue for me but a thing to consider if you aren’t a fan of strong scent in skincare. It took off my make-up well but I noticed I would often end up with styes in my eyes the morning after using it. Never had this issue with balm cleansers before but it definitely puts me off repurchasing.

Convert!
Bought the mini pot of this to try when I wanted something to remove my makeup before properly cleaning and as soon as that was done I got the bigger pot. I love it, removed everything so easily then I rinse it off and use a foaming cleanser. Probably wouldn’t use on its own but to remove everything and as step 1 of a double cleanse then it’s spot on.

A nice balm cleanser
Really nice balm cleanser, love the eucalyptus as it feels really fresh. The one downside to that is that it can sting my eye a little bit if I use it AM and PM to remove eye make up, but that could just be me being quite sensitive! For those saying it leaves a residue - I didn’t find this. Although could be that they were just rinsing with water and not using a cloth? A flannel-type cloth works nicely I find but each to their own preference :) I’m prone to breakouts on my cheeks (masks) and on my forehead (sunglasses) and this doesn’t agitate it, just removes everything ready to apply other treatments. Would buy again.

Like it, bit it´s not a wow product.
The scent is refreshing. You need to double cleanse with this. I like it but it´s not for me.

Will buy again
Very good. Has a eucalyptus scent that's refreshing and doesn't sting. Pretty good as a first cleanse if you double cleanse which is what I use it for. Also good for taking off eye makeup!
