Massage into dry skin. Neck down, all over or spot treat rough, dull areas. Daily, PM, and/or AM. Wear broad-spectrum SPF 30 or higher when using the lotion. If applying in the AM, keep areas of application out of direct sunlight, as retinol can become less effective when exposed to UV rays.

Gentle and subtle
Very gentle and has helped with my skin texture. You can get through it pretty quickly which is a shame considering the price. I was interested to see if it would help fade some deeper and older scars on my arm and it has a little.

Nice body moisturizer
I gave this product 4 stars just because I don't use it long enough and I don't see some special results yet to give it 5 stars. After first few uses I can say it is quite nice body moisturizer. It contains retinol which is why I incorporated it into my bodycare routine. For now, I don't use it every day, I am incorporating it slowly, just like retinol for the face. I am not sure how high concentration of retinol is in it and I don't want to be to iritating for my skin. For now, it is not iritating at all, it is actually quite nice and moisturizing. It is worth mentioning that I have normal skin on my body. It is not dry, I don't have any special issues, so I can say that it is nice and not iritating for normal and healthy skin type and if used every other day for the beginning.

Great lotion
I use retinol on my face and I have had good results. So when I saw that there was a body lotion which used retinol I was very intrigued . I have only used this a few times so cannot say if the retinol has made a difference to my skin but I do like the formula and will continue to use.
