Great

Does what it’s supposed to. I have dry skin but this moisturises it enough that I don’t need to apply it twice daily. Texture doesn’t feel greasy, but also isn’t like you’ve put nothing on. Pretty good all around.

Bad reaction

2 stars out of a maximum of 5

Sadly i had a bad reaction to this. I have dry sensitive rosacea prone skin and this made my entire face sting, and it also broke me out. I've been using it for about a week trying to pull through, but i can't keep using it. It makes my face tingle and burn, and it's such a shame cause it does have a great texture and great ingredient list and price. I think I might be allergic to something in it, maybe the red algae extract or the squalane. I have reacted a bit badly to other squalane heavy products, so that might be the culprit. Sadly won't repurchase.

Best night cream

5 stars out of a maximum of 5

Really lovely feeling on my skin, not too heavy like other night creams and absorbs into the skin quickly. I wake up looking fresh! I’ll certainly be trying other versed products from now on.

Great DE dupe

5 stars out of a maximum of 5

My skin is ++++ dry atm thanks to tret (prescription retinol). This moisturizes my skin beautifully, leaving it feeling plump and dewy. In terms of creaminess, feel on the skin - very similar to the DE lala retro. Grateful I’ve found a much cheaper alternative!!

Terrific product

4 stars out of a maximum of 5

Bought this because I have dry skin and a lot of people raved about it. Can see why. It's a thick cream which leaves my skin plump and squishy. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing

5 stars out of a maximum of 5

I'm usually very skeptical when it comes to moisturisers as I have combination skin, with an oily nose and chin and dry everywhere else so having a moisturiser that strikes the balance is hard to come by. I was pleasantly surprised when I stumbled on this moisturiser by accident, during the winter months it kept my skin looking fresh (despite many early mornings and little sleep) and a little goes a long way. It so moisturising without feeling greasy, and doesn't overwhelm my nose area. It's a great moisturiser and I am now on the second tub. It works great as a day cream and night cream (paired with rosehip oil for some TLC).

A real g

5 stars out of a maximum of 5

I adore this product and since having bought it I've tried a lot of Versed products and more or less the whole brand is really good. Not even "for the price" I just mean really good! I have combination skin on the dryer side so whilst I use oil free lightweight mattifying formulas during the day, I like to use more hydrating things at night. This is absolutely perfect for that. I wake up not feeling greasy just plump and soft. I will add this is almost like la mer with it's squalane and algae ingredients but for a tenth of the price.

It's fine

I really don't see any benefit from using this. It's nothing special, I'd expect similar from a £2 cream from Primark. The upside is it does sink in well. I'll use it up but wouldn't repurchase.

Light weight night cream

5 stars out of a maximum of 5

Perfect night cream for those who don’t get on with the heavier types. Light weight yet really hydrating, wake up with soft skin and hasn’t caused any break outs. Feels nice on skin after weekly peel

Luxury

4 stars out of a maximum of 5

I was super excited to use this product, when it arrived I used it straight away. Its complete Luxury for my skin, from the first use I could see my skin glowing and looking hydrated. The only negative I have is the packaging. Although the product its self is amazing the plastic packaging lets it down, it feels cheap and not very special at all, which is a great shame. I think with a little more attention to detail this product would defiantly be a show stopper!
