The unique, soft press powder technology contains over 60% pearlescent pigments, providing a wet, pearly texture thats perfect for high-shine intensity. Love this eyeshadow. It’s easy to layer and is highly pigmented and sparkly. The colour is bolder if applied with a finger. The packaging is sexy. I’ve ordered the black colour and I’m excited for its arrival!

The rock chic I never was, but always wanted to be....
How can a powder be so creamy? Is the first question you ask yourself as you apply this - it's the fineness of the mill. The quality of a pigment is always apparent by the smooth, creamy feel as you apply it to your skin, the scratchier the feel the cheaper and quicker the milling process because it's usually only gone through it once. Like a fine Vodka, pigment should be distilled/processed many times, especially when containing a glitter which is naturally sharp edged (just look at Claire's accessories!).This pigment gives that Blondie/Carine Roitfeld/J-Lo, 'don't care' smokey eye, that I've been trying to get for years but it always ends up looking a bit prim on me. Lid Lustre only gets BETTER with wear as it smudges down in the most elegant of ways (not sitting in the creases).I love the Blonde colour in the corners of my eyes, it really makes my blue eyes pop.

Such a lush product. Really easy to use and the quickest smokey eye ever. I had so many compliments! A little Goes a long way and I found using my fingers was the best tool too. Beautiful formula. Really elegant packaging with a good weight to it too. So well done team VB.
