I prefer the unflavoured version because fewer ingredients and so I can mix it with coffee but I enjoyed using the blueberry flavour to make blueberry compote.

Wasn't sure on the effects since I read a good 12,000 mg is needed to make a difference but I can see the glow already! As it includes other good ingredients it has made a difference and my skin looks and feels so much firmer! Will be purchasing the larger size In future. I prefer to add to my coffee so will go with the original as opposed to the blueberry, which does taste nice too!
