HOW TO CLEAN YOUR BRUSHES

Using a gentle soap, swirl each brush into the palm of your hand, rinsing downwards under lukewarm water until the water runs clear. Once clean, gentle squeeze out and rest your brushes on a table with the bristle end hanging over the edge to air dry. VIEVE recommends washing your makeup brushes once a week.

JAMIE’S TOP TIP – THE MAKEUP BRUSH DOUBLE CLEANSE: Using a gentle oil-based cleanser first to break down the makeup in your brushes, dip your brush into lukewarm water and swirl gently in a metal sieve until clean. For the second cleanse, use a gentle soap to ensure there’s no oil residue left in the brush, and repeat step one.
