Lovely base for eyeshadow
I bought this because I wanted a neutral cream based base for eyeshadow, and this works well. It’s not as blendable as I’d like, but it does what I need it to. Better blended with fingers because it works better with body heat.

I absolutely love Vieve as a brand. These eyeshadow sticks did not disappoint. They’re so easy to use and the pigment is gorgeous. They blend so well. I apply a little bit of pigment and blend it with my fingers. You can use a few shades and create a Smokey eye look within minutes. No tools needed. I will continue to purchase other shades. They do not budge either.

Creamy but lasting power could be better…
It blends like a dream, goes on creamy (no tugging) and the stick is certainly much easier than if it were in a pot. However, the lasting power isn’t great - it doesn’t smudge badly but will gradually disappear over about 3-4 hours. Plus I wish the stick were a bit thinner because it’s hard to be precise with it. Overall, it’s definitely easier and better than a cream eyeshadow, but not without flaws.
