Versatile
Really happy with this purchase. I needed a replacement to my Aveda wet/dry powder and this was the only one I could find that was refillable too. Thankfully their palest shade worked for my very fair complexion, which was very pleasing. Using the powder dry, either with a brush or a sponge applicator/blender it it gives great coverage without sitting on top of the skin and it very buildable, it also works nicely as a setting powder. When applied with a wet/damp sponge applicator it gives more of a medium-full foundation coverage, it's not as buildable or workable on the skin once applied, but that's the nature of a "wet" powder. But I'm use to it, so apply it and the set it with a mist once its drying down. I like the flexibility I have from one product.

Beautiful powder
I bought this as a big fan of other Vieve make up and needed a new powder. It's lovely! Very fine, sets makeup well and takes away shine. I have very pale skin and the light shade is perfect.

needs a lighter touch
i'm used to the rimmel powder that has been my go to for so long, i tried this because I really enjoyed all of the Vieve products i'd tried prior (and how could i say no that packaging?) I initially didn't like this powder becuase it looked really cakey on my skin, but then i switched to a light brush and used a lighter hand and it looks sooo good now. it sets my face so well and blurs my face effectively 4 stars because you need to be very gentle with it or it can end up looking cakey
