Stunning palette.
I was hesitant to purchase this palette because of the price. I am a palette hoarder and this appealed to me, but I was unsure of the whole “influencer creates luxury brand” thing, and wondered how good it might be. Let me tell you, it’s good. Jamie had done a marvellous job. It feels luxury, the quality is fantastic, and honestly since buying this a couple of months ago, it is all I’ve reached for.

My new go to palette.
I had my eyes on this palette for ages, and I'm so glad I finally pressed the 'buy now' button. The pans are huge, the packaging really chic and it has a good sized mirror. I love the colours; although Buff and Ciao are fairly similar, and I'll use them all. Some palettes I've got have a couple of colours I'd never use. The shadows blend easily, are nicely pigmented and I can get a variety of looks. The shimmer shades are pretty and give me just the right amount of shimmer without being overly dramatic. I will definitely be buying more from Vieve.

Lovely Matte Palette - Shimmers not so much
I absolutely love Jamie and I watch her vlogs weekly religiously 💖. The palette size is great, matte colours are beautiful and the mirror inside is a treat given the size. Unfortunately it's the shimmers that let this palette down. They're dry, patchy and can hardly get any product pay off. I even wet my brush but sadly it made the patchiness worse. That's my only gutter, as it is an expensive palette. Also quite disappointed that they removed this same review on the brand website. Again I love Jamie, just hope they can review the shimmer quality.

Excellent cruelty free makeup
Earlier this year I decided to swap out my current makeup for cruelty free cosmetics which led me to consider brands that hadn’t been on my radar before. This palette far exceeded my expectations. The pans are generously sized, the shades are blendable yet pigmented and the orange shades are a true orange (rather than a pink undertone that so many other orange eyeshadows have). The shimmer shades are exactly what I was looking for, no grim tweenager metallics in sight. The matte shades are great. I can easily create day and night looks from this palette. I had my eye on this palette for a while and wasn’t sure whether it would work for me. I’m glad I took the plunge and I’m looking forward to trying the rest of the vieve range.
