1. Begin with clean, exfoliated and toned skin. For best results, prep your skin with the {Active Treatment Essence}. 2. Place 5-6 drops of Active Botanical Serum in the palm of your hand. 3. Gently rub palms together. This will further activate the serum and distribute product evenly across both hands. 4. Place full hand on either side of the face and press firmly. Push serum into skin by repeating 'Push & Press' technique on entire face, neck and décolleté. Continue to repeat entire process for 60 seconds.

Wonderful
This product is expensive, yes. But every time I find myself without it I miss it. And I have a LOT of skincare products. The way it applies and penetrates, and the smell that is heavenly. I apply it after a mist, then place my hands around my nose and inhale a few times. And I feel like I am in a spa. I finish with eye cream and then night cream. But you could just apply this and nothing else. If you can afford it, then go for it.

Not for me
I was very excited to try this serum but sadly this is not for my skin! It is nice oil-based serum and perhaps that is why my skin didn’t like it. I used 6 drops, to begin with, that I think was too much. Then I reduced it to 4 drops and still, it broke me out (nothing major) and easily covered with a bit of concealer but not what you’d expect for £175! Medik8 hyaluronic acid is heaven in comparison to this. Don’t get me wrong it is not the worst serum in the world but certainly not the best! I am quite gutted, to be honest.

Winter routine
My hormonal breakouts are now completely starting to minimise, however when I first started using this oil, I did get some really angry spots across my chin and jawline and a little skin flacking, I do however have quite sensitive skin so this is completely normal for me when starting new active products. Now I can finally see this all settling down to just a few barely noticeable red marks. I also love the glow this has given me. I only use this at night as my skin tends to be on the oily side and this serum too rich for me in the morning. I love how my skin looks when applied and I have seen a huge improvement on the overall texture and pore size on my skin. I have only been using this for a month so I am excited to see the full outcome once I’ve made my way through the whole bottle, which I think will take me a good 3 more moths so cost wise I think it’s worth it, I would just add to be patient as the skin can not magical heel overnight an takes time to get used to such high active ingredients so give it some time and I promise it will be worth it!

Heals, repairs and brightens
Wow. This is AMAZING. Several years ago, I managed to get an elusive sample of this and thought it was pointless. At the time, I’d just started using actives and dermarolling, so compared to those kinds of products, this serum didn’t look like it did anything. Fast forward 6 years and my skin is in need of serious repair from overworking, over-exfoliating, too many products, and too many actives. I stripped my routine down to simple cleanse, tone, and moisturise and recently decided to use this as my moisturising element. I am BLOWN AWAY. In just a week my skin is much more healed. I wake up every morning with bright skin. The texture and the congestion is disappearing rapidly. My broken capillaries are somewhat faded and my pores are smoother. I’m in shock! (No change in sunspots yet, although I feel the Vintner’s Daughter essence is probably more suited to that issue.) Most wonderful of all, it’s clearing up my mild hormonal acne too which I just did not expect whatsoever and this has boosted my confidence no end. Plus it smells divine! It’s expensive but it’s actually saving me money because the clean brand I used before was more expensive and I used way more products. I’ve tried a sample of the VD essence and I love it, and can’t wait until my skin is more healed to add that to my routine too. It really is true that all you need is a cleanser and the two products from this brand. My skin is saved! Love love love.

Magical!
What can I say - wow, just wow! I’ve been wanting to purchase this product for a long time, however, the price tag was always a sticking point. This week I took the plunge and splurged. It arrived yesterday and it just so happened that I had a flare up on my cheeks. I always have underlying redness in my cheeks, but were particularly angry/irritated today. I thought about giving my skin a break for a couple of days to allow it to calm down before trying anything new, but decided to give this serum a go. I have oily/dehydrated skin and previously shied away from oils. The texture of this serum/oil is so thick and luxurious, and I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly it absorbed - my skin just seemed to drink it up. Woke up this morning and my redness has dramatically reduced after one use. I can’t wait to see what else this does for my skin over time. Gorgeous product.

Vintner’s Daughter
I started using this in October 2019 and finished it last week. Overall I saw no difference in my skin. The product does smell nice and lasts a really long time. I started using it once a day for a month and then twice a day. I have oily skin and psoriasis.

Amazing
This product is expensive and for this reason, I deliberated about buying it for almost a year. The odd poor review stopped me in my tracks and really made me question whether I could justify spending this amount on a product. In the end, I went for it and I can honestly say that I don't regret buying it at all. It is every bit as good as they say and probably better. I am 45 years old and now have glowing skin. I'm really happy. I would recommend 100%
