Very thick
It is almost like a solid oil in a cream...that's how I think of it. It is a very thick cream that leaves my skin looking almost oily. I oove it for mu very dry and flaky skin but I don't think anyone with oily skin would appreciate this.

Fantastic hydration
Love this, having only just started using when my skin became dehydrated. I have sensitive combination skin so have learnt my skin loves it best when used all over for no more than two nights in a row. So now I use it on the dry patches after I’ve used my regular moisturiser and it gives my skin the SOS it needs. Especially after using spot treatments dotted around my face which leaves isolated dry patches. This balances everything out.

Savior for dry skin
After damaging my skin barrier, leaving it very dry and sensitive I used skin food and found it helped inject moisture into my skin. I am prone to breakouts and found I did break out when using skin food however, hard to know if this was a result of damaging my skin barrier. Overall a good product.
