Literally saved my skin
I originally ordered this to use as a base before doing my makeup however Monday night I tried a new face scrub from Neutrogena and felt my face starting to burn. Washed it off and went to bed, the next morning I had woken up to a really puffy swollen face and skin so dry and rough texture when my skin is usually the opposite. The scrub had obviously given me a bad allergic reaction. I tried my face creams I usually use to help with the dry and rough texture but they were literally getting soaked up and my face had dried out within ten minutes. Thought I’d try my Weleda skin food and omg it’s literally rescued my skin. The texture is quite oily I found so I could easily massage it into my face and it stayed moisturised for a good couple of hours. If my face wasn’t currently so dry from the reaction then maybe it would have lasted longer? I ordered the smaller size with it being the first time trying it and I now wish I had ordered the bigger size which I’m now about to do. Also if anyone is wanting to try the Neutrogena scrubs please give it a google beforehand which I wish I did as it’s happened to a lot of people. I’ve definitely learned my lesson to do a little skin patch test with new products as well. Better to be safe than sorry

Sometimes my skin craves this
I bought this for my daughter as she gets the odd dry patch, but I’ve been borrowing it on those odd mornings when my skin needs a bit more than the daily moisturiser. It is daunting at first because it appears heavy and greasy. But I smooth between my fingers and tap it into my skin. My skin glows and feels nourished. Love it as a rescue a couple of times a week, especially in these winter months when I don’t use spf. Always loved the smell of weleda, since using the barrier cream on my babies’ bottoms!

INLOVE
If your skin is not dry this product should be irrelevant to you, it can get really oily. Smells citrusy, like pomelo and grapefruit not too sour like lemon nor too sweet like orange. Extremely nourishing. When my skin is not dry to the point of needing it I like to just apply it on my lips. One of my best beauty purchases.

Hello Hydration
During winter my skin becomes so dry an itchy. I tried Weleda Skin Food over night and my face felt lovely and soft and hydrated the next morning. I tried using it in the day but I think its a little oily to be a daydream unless your skin is super dry. You do have to really work it in your fingers before apply otherwise its drags on the skin. Definitely would recommend though.

Weleda skin food original
Very thick luscious cream , a little hard to blend in at first ...then turns oily and can be massaged as one pleases. I loved it for both my hands and face , doesn't wash off with water like other creams, absorbs pretty well into the skin. Super Moisturising.

Weleda for life
Nothing like it - I use on my face, sparingly, but gives a glow like no other that lasts - especially in the winter. I use it day and night.

I wouldn't be without
I've been using this product almost daily for about 3 months now and I can't imagine being without it now. I was hesitant to purchase it at first because some reviews mentioned how thick and greasy it is, and I was worried it wouldn't be suitable for my combination, slightly blemished skin. I took a chance and I'm glad I did! It is a very thick moisturiser and if you put a lot on at once it can leave your skin looking shiny rather than glowy but it's SO moisturising and leaves your skin baby soft. The smell is also incredible, I think it's quite fresh and fruity with a herbal undertone. I use this at night, I slather it on and go to bed like a big grease ball. In the morning I wake up to fresh, soft, glowing skin! It's also great for other body parts such as hands and feet. I'm so in love I've repurchased it and I've also purchased skin food light for the day time under makeup. For the price you really can't go wrong!

A good occlusive
I have oily, acne prone and clogged pore issues.. I was really skeptical to use it but I have heard amazing reviews about it.so, I decided to give it a try. I would warn that it is a very thick and heavy cream, u only need a half pea size , rub it inbetween the fingers and then just tap it into the skin, do not rub. use it as the last step in night time skincare and about 2-3 a week, it seals all the serums and gel moisturizers I use before it, and give an extra boost of hydration. It does make the skin look glowy and is slightly heavy but I wake up with an amazing skin the next morning. Also I would like to mention that it has essential oils and it has a very strong scent, I do not mind that , infact, I like it but just keep that in mind before purchasing it. It will definitely be more suitable for dry-combination skin. but it is amazing for use in winters specially for arms and legs.
