Good supplement

This is a great brand and the ingredients are fab, I just need to be better at taking them. I’ve combined them with other supplements so can’t attest fully, but the ingredients help with skin and liver detoxing.

Glowing Skin

Admittedly I really don't eat enough greens in my diet and after a dull rainy cold winter my skin wasn't looking its best. After 1 month I really noticed the glow coming back and my hair and nails have been growing quicker. I also use the powder version of "super elixir" which I think is slightly more potent, but I liked the way you can take 2 capsules with lunch and go. I am going to combine the capsules with the powder/shake to see how they go. They can be used together, although its recommended that the capsules be taken with food and water. Have already ordered another 2 month supply.

Feel better

I like that these contain several recommended super food supplements in one pill, like turmeric, barley grass, açai and green tea, as well as broccoli and spinach which I don’t find easy to eat often. I actually bought them more for that purpose than for my skin and hair specifically. I thought I’d try them but didn’t expect to keep wanting to buy them. I’ve just run out and am about to order another bottle as I feel noticeably less well without them. A staple for me now along with a regular multi vitamin, fish oil and evening primrose oil .
