Founded by world-renowned make up artist Gucci Westman, Westman Atelier melds decadent textures with research-led formulas to dream up an array of vegan make up and skin care solutions. Packed with powerful actives and driven by cutting-edge science, the brand not only delivers high-performing pigments but also looks to improve the appearance of complexions over time too. A case in point? The Beauty Butter Powder Bronzer (8g), a nourishing formula delivering a hefty dose of sun-kissed colour in a soft-matte finish.
Westman Atelier's Beauty Butter Powder Bronzer (8g) lends a healthy-looking I-just-came-back-from-holiday colour to your complexion.
This skin care meets make up hybrid is designed to boost your radiance by granting your skin with a sun-kissed hue with a soft-matte finish (read: not shimmery). It's powered by the brand's Biomimicry Pigment Technology, which forms a barrier to protect your visage from environmental stressors, while also preventing the synthetic pigments from coming into direct contact with the skin. If that wasn't enough, it also calls on mango seed oil, cocoa seed and cupuaçu butters to lock in moisture, intensely hydrate *and* nourish your complexion. Encased in opulent yet travel-friendly packaging with a gorgeously embossed texture, it's a must-have on aesthetics alone.

Not worth the hype
Was looking forward to trying this bronzer, even though the price was a bit out there, compared to other bronzers in the same category. But apart from the lovely packaging, I noticed that this bronzer gets hardpan quite quickly and is not as elegant in the application as I expected. The shade is ok, but for the price, its formula definitely underperformed in comparison to other bronzers.

Gorgeous
I really love my Coup de Soleil bronzer! I’ve been waiting for a while to re-stock here. Before it came I was curious about the price and if it was going to be worth the money, but yes, it is worth it. Universal color, elegant touch on the cheeks, could match many skins. So nice and cute hearts, gorgeous packaging, so I don’t only have a product, I have a small luxury... Recommend it and definitely will try other products of this brand

Nice but nothing special.
It’s a nice bronzer and yes the hearts and packaging are cute but personally, I don’t think it’s worth the money.

This formula is stunning!
This goes on silky smooth, is highly pigmented and a little goes a long way - but what I love most about the products in this brand is how they can be layered in any order we'd like with no alteration of texture and no lifting of product. They always look amazing. I can put this on and then add the Lit highlighting stick on top and it doesn't disturb it or make it muddy. It's pricy, yes, but I think that the amount of product that I need per application will make it last a good while.

Soleil Riche
I’ve been after the Coup de Soleil but it’s been out of stock for ages. I noticed CB had dropped a deeper shade which in all likelihood would be better for my skin tone (light-medium, neutral/olive undertone) so went ahead and ordered it. It’s a lot smaller than I imagined but really is a beautiful little compact. The formula is very smooth, creamy, the shade is much like a deeper contour shade in my opinion. I’ll be using it as eyeshadow too. I’ve got the atelier lip palette too would recommend that as well if you’re new to the brand.

Great for me or for my bestie
Sweet and luxurious packaging with small hearts on the powder. Comes with a elegant little pouch. The color is rather universal and will suit many skin tones.

Beautiful colour
I wasn't sure I needed this one but wanted to give it a try. There are probably other brands/shades out there that will work better for others, but on my pale skin this is great. Gives a natural looking outdoorsy tan. I use a small amount to take the edge off my pale grey looking complexion but I suspect you could build it up easily and still have a gorgeous finish. The packaging is beautiful but pretty heavy, I prefer more minimalist packaging - really hope the brand launches refills at some point as it would be a shame to throw the compact away.

The best purchase of 2020 for me
I'd been waiting months for us to launch this brand and in particular, I was most excited about this bronzer. I ordered it as soon as it launched and could literally not wait till it arrived. Let me first start off by saying the packaging is just so chic. It's weighty and it clips shut (which is sooo satisfying). Also, the embossing on the pan is such a lovely touch (this brand's attention to detail is immaculate). Picking up the product is effortless, it really does earn its name because it is truly buttery AF. If you know me I'm VERY particular about the shade/tone of a bronzer. I'm fairly pale (cry), especially in the wintertime so I don't want anything too orangey nor do I want something that's too cool - this sits perfectly in the middle. I really can't stress how much I love it. Yes, it's pricey at just shy of £70 and you do get less product than I was expecting/ a bronzer from any other brand, however, I think it's worth investing in something that you'll wear every day and looks gorgeous in your make up bag. Plus, a little really goes a long way so I'm sure it'll last me a while. I'm so happy we've launched this brand and will slowly build up my collection. Just stunning.

A Holy Grail
When I first used this bronzer, it made every other one I've used "bleh" the colour is the perfect bronzing colour that adds a sunkissed glow while chissling the face, without being too "contour-y". The packaging is on another level, I'm a suck when it comes to luxurious, weighty packaging and not to mention the cute little pouch it comes with and the indented hearts pressed into it. Admittedly, they do fade away but sweet nevertheless. The application is fool proof - muddy foundation, we don't know her!
