Luxurious
I have the shade Chou Chou which is a pale pink shade but definitely gives more of a natural flush of colour to the lips. This is a really interesting formula, it is hydrating like a lip balm but it feels like a lip gloss (although less sticky). It is really comfortable to wear and gives a gorgeous sheen/shine to the lips. The packaging is so luxurious and gorgeous like all WA products. I am definitely interested in trying out more shades!

Packaging not fit for purpose
I purchased the red balm. The color and gloss formula are lovely and i have no complaints. But the tube and the wand are too rigid and at some point very fast , in only 1 month i couldn't get any more product out. I had to go in with a q tip and scrape the product of the walls.

Nothing special
I purchased this hoping for a nice lip gloss/balm for the summer and I liked that it has such clean ingredients, but it's extremely underwhelming. I bought the shade Nou nou because I wanted something with a little bit of color, but not too much, but it doesn't look a thing like the advertised images and swatches. It's extremely light(which makes me wonder if the shade chou chou looks like anything in real life), makes my lips look paler than they really are and to get any color (meaning to make it more than a glorified colorless lip balm) you have to layer it heavily, leaving you with extremely sticky lips. Even the lightest layer leaves sticky lips, so wearing your hair down might be a bad idea while wearing this. I wish I bought a darker shade since that would maybe mean I would get some color wearing this, but I don't think I'll repurchase.

Underwhelming
This just didn't impress me, and I feel like I have wasted my money. Love WA products (really do - some of the best), but this one doesn't do it for me. Packaging beautiful, nice smell (I like the lemon cake smell), very nourishing - but I can name at least 5 lip products in that price range that have that and more (and products much cheaper as well!) This is like an overpriced liquid lip balm in beautiful packaging.

High end and stunning
This squeaky clean gel to oil lip balm is the best out there, second to None!!! It is silky smooth on the lips, light and airy and the colours are a hint of an array of very tasteful shades. Absolute Perfection. Love love love

An EXPERIENCE!
These glosses are an experience from start to finish! Before even delving into the quality of the gloss, the packaging is sublime. From the bullet the product is encapsulated in to the detailing of the gold signature WA logo embossed on the inside of the cap to the adorable pouch it comes in - it's all just stunning. The gloss itself is wonderful - non-tacky, just enough slip to glide onto lips without dragging or sliding around. I loved these from start to end and will definitely be purchasing these as a gift in future to bring that unboxing joy to someone I love!

Fantastic balm
This is a bit of a luxury product but I believe is worth the money. I got Chou Chou which is a lovely light pink shade. Really flattering. The balm had a slight citrus scent but nothing overpowering. The balm is not sticky. Very soft and smooth feeling. It’s not opaque. So if you like some colour this is not for you. It gives a subtle tint to the lips. Just like lip gloss, but it feels like silk. Didn’t expect to love this so much!

I liked the gloss, it is not sticky, does not "roll-off". Without a pronounced odour, moisturises the lips. I bought it in Nana, a delicate beige shade. I am happy with the purchase. Мне понравился блеск, он не липкий, не «скатывается». Без ярко выраженного запаха, увлажняет губы. Я купила в оттенке Nana, нежный бежевый оттенок. Я довольна покупкой.
