Solving your skin woes one at a time, ZitSticka is the innovative skincare brand that’s been making waves (and calming the appearance of zits) throughout the beauty realm. An innovative take on the pimple patch, KILLA is an intelligently engineered application that features 24 microdarts to dispense an effective blend of ingredients beneath the skin’s dead skin cell layer. Specially designed to cover, protect and calm the appearance of a newfound spot, its ingredients dissolve within the source of a zit— clever, huh? Water-resistant and almost transparent, these are incredibly discreet and easy-to-wear without risk of slipping— whether that’s on the morning commute, overnight or while getting ready for a night to remember…
One of life’s pimple pleasures, KILLA is a genius spot patch that aims to disrupt a zit before it emerges... Designed for deep, upcoming varieties in their early stages, it has 24 microdarts to allow a potent potion of ingredients to enter and work beneath the skin’s dead skin cell layer. Before you withdraw in horror—these microdarts are so tiny that they don’t hurt, although you may feel a slight (and rather satisfying, might we add) tingling sensation. Once these darts have worked their magic, there are just five ingredients that are called to action: moisture-magnet hyaluronic acid, exfoliating salicylic acid, calming niacinamide, the silencer oligopeptide-76 and pH-balancing sodium hydroxide – notice the lack of parabens, sulphates and other nasties? Three cheers for ZitSticka! Alongside eight KILLA patches, the kit contains eight CLEANA ingredient-soaked swabs which prime your skin so the patch will easily adhere. Once applied, leave these bad boys to do their business without fear of slipping (they’re water-resistant) or drawing attention to the problem (they’re semi-sheer, clear and very discreet). Each cube (from the plastic insert to the recycled cardboard lid and base) is recyclable; unfortunately, the pouches of the swabs and patches are not, as they’re made with a form of silver foil to maintain their efficacy.
KILLA Patch: Sodium Hyaluronate, Oligopeptide-76, Niacinamide, Sodium Hydroxide, Salicylic Acid
CLEANA Swab: Alcohol, Water, Melaleuca Alternifolia (Tea Tree) Leaf Oil, Tocopheryl Acetate, Salicylic Acid
For the latest information, it is recommended to review the ingredient list printed on the packaging of the product prior to usage or consumption.
While KILLA's microdarts melt 2 hours after application, flooding your zit with targeted ingredients, best results are achieved when the patch is worn overnight. The patch also serves as a hygienic barrier between your zit and the world.

perfect in every way except the price
I have had acne since I was 12. I'm 42. It's been a while trying stuff, as you may imagine... This actually works on those under the skin painful itchy staining bumps (iykyk) before they come to a head. It's impressive how, in a couple of nights, it all goes back down. I've tried many spot treatments and patches and these are the ones that work the best for my hormonal "beard" of blemishes when the time comes... The sad part is it only comes with 8 patches, so you need to be on a special tax bracket to use these on a regular basis. IF you can afford it, and/or if you only get a couple of annoying sore under-the-skin blemishes a month, this is a must-try.

Good idea but...
...didn't do that much for me. I think you'll be better off with salicylic acid products combined with regular pimple patches you can find for a few pounds.

Good
Helps fighting an occasional zit. You might need more than 1 patch to calm down the deep one. It takes up to 6 to get 1 spot go away for me. Quite expensive spot…

Expensive but effective
My skin is fairly clear now but every so often I still get hormonal breakouts and always find myself reaching for these. They tackle under-the-skin acne in a way that surface treatments don’t seem to. They are expensive and so I save them and only use them for those as opposed to small breakouts. Great to have on standby before an event. As others have mentioned, I do think the packaging is excessive.

In fact, the most effective product against emerging pimples - but...
An unhealthy, greasy diet, nervously pushing around a pimple, going to bed overtired without cleansing and the dirt of the day can work itself into the skin wonderfully: Every now and then I still fight with one or the other pimple. This product is the most effective of all the anti-pimple patches I've tried: Apply before bedtime and in the morning the problem is almost always completely gone, no matter how bright red inflamed the pimple is in the formation phase. But where there is light, there is also shadow: Unfortunately, the packaging is a total ecological disaster. Much too large, very thick cardboard, plus plastic in the box in which the sachets are. And the patches are packed several times: yes, the micro-needles need to be well protected, but I think the outer packaging could be made more sustainable, the cardboard box with the plastic is probably not even necessary. But because the product looks really fantastic, I guess you still have to bite the bullet and have a guilty conscience when you think about the environment and sustainability.

Didn’t work for me
Unfortunately for the price of these they did absolutely nothing for me. I followed the instructions but they did nothing for my spots and the redness remained the same.

A necessity in your bathroom cabinet
These work every time on bigger and more developed unsightly spots. I use them overnight over the course of 2-3 days and they make the spot much smaller and often they disappear - without scarring. I'm a repeat purchaser, they are a necessity for the bathroom cabinet. The only downside is the plastic packaging for each sticker.
