Expensive but so good

These definitely work the best for me, they are expensive but are a saviour

perfect in every way except the price

I have had acne since I was 12. I'm 42. It's been a while trying stuff, as you may imagine... This actually works on those under the skin painful itchy staining bumps (iykyk) before they come to a head. It's impressive how, in a couple of nights, it all goes back down. I've tried many spot treatments and patches and these are the ones that work the best for my hormonal "beard" of blemishes when the time comes... The sad part is it only comes with 8 patches, so you need to be on a special tax bracket to use these on a regular basis.  IF you can afford it, and/or if you only get a couple of annoying sore under-the-skin blemishes a month, this is a must-try.

Good idea but...

...didn't do that much for me. I think you'll be better off with salicylic acid products combined with regular pimple patches you can find for a few pounds.

Good

Helps fighting an occasional zit. You might need more than 1 patch to calm down the deep one. It takes up to 6 to get 1 spot go away for me. Quite expensive spot…

Reduces spots but doesn’t get rid of them completely. I find the spot comes back for me

Expensive but effective

My skin is fairly clear now but every so often I still get hormonal breakouts and always find myself reaching for these. They tackle under-the-skin acne in a way that surface treatments don’t seem to. They are expensive and so I save them and only use them for those as opposed to small breakouts. Great to have on standby before an event. As others have mentioned, I do think the packaging is excessive.

In fact, the most effective product against emerging pimples - but...

4 stars out of a maximum of 5

An unhealthy, greasy diet, nervously pushing around a pimple, going to bed overtired without cleansing and the dirt of the day can work itself into the skin wonderfully: Every now and then I still fight with one or the other pimple. This product is the most effective of all the anti-pimple patches I've tried: Apply before bedtime and in the morning the problem is almost always completely gone, no matter how bright red inflamed the pimple is in the formation phase. But where there is light, there is also shadow: Unfortunately, the packaging is a total ecological disaster. Much too large, very thick cardboard, plus plastic in the box in which the sachets are. And the patches are packed several times: yes, the micro-needles need to be well protected, but I think the outer packaging could be made more sustainable, the cardboard box with the plastic is probably not even necessary. But because the product looks really fantastic, I guess you still have to bite the bullet and have a guilty conscience when you think about the environment and sustainability.

Didn’t work for me

Unfortunately for the price of these they did absolutely nothing for me. I followed the instructions but they did nothing for my spots and the redness remained the same.
