With formulas like no other, and dimensional shades beyond belief, Pat McGrath Labs have created a truly out of this world collection. Hailed as the mother of make up, Pat McGrath is one of the world's most loved and celebrated British artists to ever grace the faces of catwalks and magazines alike. The time is upon us, the mothership has finally landed… and in the form of the Skin Fetish: Sublime Perfection Primer — the secret to a supernaturally flawless canvas.
Taking its inspiration from skin care, this weightless primer leaves an ever so slightly mattified finish so all who crave a soft-focus appearance can indulge, no matter your gender.
The perfect, flawless canvas all hinges on a well-prepped base, so look no further than the Skin Fetish: Sublime Perfection Primer to transform your make up ritual. A flood of hyaluronic acid instantly refreshes parched skin to leave it plumped and perfectly smoothed, and if you’re forever blotting your T-zone, you can than an innovative powder technology for its oil-absorbing prowess (psst, it won’t dry your skin out either). Fine lines and pores are smoothed and all sans silicones. A unique ‘Biocompatible Powder Technology’ utilises specially coated pigments to mimic the skin’s natural construction, granting a superior blend and buildability and extended wear of your chosen base. Wear alone or under make up for a supernatural soft-focus finish.

Would buy again
I really like this primer, not perfumed smell, feels nice on skin. I've used with the Pat McGrath foundation and love the pair together.

Bought for my mum - it’s her OG
My super glam 78 year old mum adores this and this is her 3rd or maybe 4th bottle. I wish the actual bottle was more luxurious feeling for her though. If that matters to you, you might feel short changed. For reference her skin is normal - dry, sensitive, she has some fine lines around her eyes and mouth but not wrinkles per se. Her forehead and cheeks are smooth for any age never mind nearly 79. (Use your sunscreen peeps.. it really does pay off long term) She loves how smoothing it is and how it lengthens wear time. She adds a glowy highlighter over it but under foundation (Armani fluid sheer or CT flawless filter) and it sits under everything wonderfully. She hasn’t done her make up without using it since I first bought it for her. For that reason I can’t not give it five stars.. packaging isn’t as important to mum so I’m going purely on the product performance. (I like it too.. it’s a solid product but it’s not particularly what I look for in a primer.. give us a glowy one please Mother Pat!)

Feels cheap
I bought this primer with the foundation and honestly it feels like it is from a different brand. The packaging is very cheap and made of plastic. Nothing like the Pat McGrath foundation at all. It does it´s job but (foundation lasted all day) but it is just not worth the price. There are better and cheaper primers out there!
