There are plenty of factors that can bring on discolouration: sun damage, acne scarring and eczema can all play a role. Luckily, this lightweight serum is infused with hardworking ingredients to counter its appearance: 3% tranexamic acid evens skin tone, 5% niacinamide visibly fades discolouration and 0.5% bakuchiol prevents the formation of further unwanted dark spots. Together, these ingredients melt seamlessly into the skin, layering smoothly under your moisturiser for daily use.

Fade out Melasma
Seems to reduce my melasma in my forehead and cheeks with daily application. However, I also used other products for melasma prescribed by my dermatologist along with it including oral tranexamic acid. However, this product is somewhat pricey.

Too soon to tell to what degree the cream works but my dark spots are not getting any worse and this is summer time. I Truly enjoy the texture. Not heavy, not sticky, sinks in wonderfully and plays nice with my other products. I don’t think there is even an odor.

Love all Paula’s choice products. My skin is very sensitive & I started with using this product three times/week and have now moved to all 7 days. It has definitely changed the texture and made my skin smoother. My acne marks seem to have faded too & no spots yet. It does dry out my face though.
