First, use your regular shampoo to ensure hair is clean and free from product build-up. Rinse well and apply Pure Blonde Booster Shampoo, massaging gently into the hair for 60 seconds. Rinse thoroughly. Follow with Philip Kingsley’s Colour-Correcting Mask for optimum results. Use once per week.
All hair will react differently, so test a small section of your lightest hair before first use. Wait at least two weeks after having hair coloured, bleached or permed before using.

Effective but Drying
This is a good purple shampoo - it vanishes the brassy tones and for that I’d give it 5 stars… but my gosh does it dry out your hair (which when bleached it just doesn’t need). I love PK products so it surprised me that this had such a negative… But as a weekly boost I’d still buy and use it (with a hydrating conditioner!)

My hair is literally bleached and is very prone to getting brassy/yellow bits - which I can't stand. What really stood out to me with this shampoo is that it does not dry your hair out, which is what you usually find with these blue/purple shampoos. The main goal obviously is to remove the brass and yellow and it does that really well, I leave it in for about 40 secs and I do this max twice a week. really great and would recommend it!
