The Phyto-Kohl Perfect is enriched with softening oils (think castor and wild rose) alongside carnauba and beeswax to ensure a silky-smooth gliding effect. It has a fluid texture that feels like a dream on the delicate eye area - and is formulated with pearly particles to create an intensive, light-catching finish. We love the dual-sided pencil, which includes a smudge-tip applicator so you can blend your outline, depending on the look you're creating. Apply to the eyelid, as close to the lash line as possible, to accentuate the shape of the eye and intensify the look, or blend it into the eyelid using the sponge-tip. For a kohl effect, apply to the waterline. For a defined look, apply over eye shadow and for a smokey effect, under eye shadow.
