Ok

This was alright. It did break my skin out but a little goes a long way. Leaves a bit of a white cast however my skin did feel covered with it.

Good enough

This is a good enough product, recommend leaving your moisturizer to dry down as it can be tacky. THere is a little white cast for me, it does also leave my skin a little matte which maybe is favourable to some. For me, it takes away that glow I get from my moisturizer & oil I use and can make my skin feel dry. No breakouts which is good as I am acne prone. Once I use up the bottle I'll most probably won't buy again and try the tinted version of this brand. I think sunscreens are trial and error and see what works for your skin.

Great for acne-prone sensitive skin

I'm a redhead with a very pale acne-prone oily skin and this is the only sunscreen that doesn't break me out. After trying countless of others on the market this has become my daily go-to. I've been using it for a year. - Pick this if you're struggling with acne and/or chemical sunscreens break you out. - If you don't have any issues with acne/sensitive skin and are just looking for a good sunscreen, then this product might not be for you. All mineral sunscreens leave a white cast when you first apply them - it takes some work to rub it in, especially if you're used to chemical sunscreens. - It dries into a 'tight, dry' feeling, but I like it as I have oily skin. It might not work well for dry skin however. If you don't like the feeling but still want a good mineral sunscreen I'd suggest Paula's Choice, which I use on days my skin is dryer. - Smells great!

Great mineral sunscreen: no white cast, long lasting, love the ocean

I bought this sunscreen because I needed some daily sunscreen for pregnancy as well as doing good for the ocean. It is surprisingly good, leaves no white cast, and I am using it now the everyday morning after serum. It needs a few minutes to dry after applying and I don't have the problem of applying concealer, foundation, and makeup after (and it holds together all day if it's not too hot). Sometimes I just put a bit primer and loose powder, it works just fine. I stayed at the beach all afternoon recently (applied sunscreen spray of another brand in the middle) and didn't get burnt. Overall it's a great mineral sunscreen and I will probably keep using it after pregnancy.

Best mineral sunscreen I've tried!

I don't understand how people are saying this is giving them a white cast. I definitely did not have that issue, and I absolutely make sure to put the recommended amount on. This rubbed in beautifully, but did stay a bit tacky, as sunscreens can, so I 'set' it with some Hourglass powder, which helped immensely. Only negative is the price.

Fantastic sunscreen

I didn't know it was possible for a zinc sunscreen to not leave a white cast, but this one definitely doesn't. It sinks in beautifully, however, it can leave you a little shiny. I set it with a loose powder (Hourglass) for a no-makeup look whilst on holiday in the hot Australian sun, and it worked perfectly.

Awful!

Do people get paid to favourable review products? This is very disingenuous if I am honest. I read the reviews and bought this product because the reviews did say it doesn't leave a white cast on your face. Well, it does and very badly. I was looking like a ghost after wearing this sun screen.

Not so great

It definitely leaves a noticeable white cast and the texture is really weird. It feels like melted rubber if that makes sense and I can feel it on my face all the time when I’m wearing it. It is still better than most mineral sunscreens though, but wouldn’t recommend it anyway.

Amazing product

I've been using another SPF for years. I need my sunscreen to not leave a white residue and make me look like geisha. I gave this brand a try as I ran out of my usual product. I was reluctant at first since I've never heard of this brand. But I was pleasantly surprised - it's white and creamy, but goes on very well and smooth, it smells nice AND it's a physical sunscreen! Highly recommended.
