Finally got disciplined and took these religiously for over 2 months and i am now noticing stronger nails and less hair breakage. I take the pills with food as it doesn't sit well on an empty stomach. I will carry on taking these

Good and bad
These really work! I’ve noticed loads of new hair growth since starting to take them but on the negative side, they make me feel a wave of sickness about 5 minutes after taking them.

Make me feel ill...
I've taken these tablets for about 2 weeks now, but I don't plan to continue. There are instructions to 'take with a meal' and this is really the only way of mitigating their otherwise immediate side effects, but even when taken with a meal they still make me feel nauseous... I haven't really noticed much of a difference, my nails are a little stronger but I have had shellac on... so not sure.
