Moisturising mature skin

Great balm to keep you under eye area plumped and hydrated. I’ve had it for years and will keep repurchasing.

too thick to use during the day

I have been using this cream for a few months now and I really like it. It's quite thick so it stays on for a while, which then stays in my fine lines and appears quite visible. So I can only use it at night and never under make up. If it wasn't for the texture, I would give it 5 stars

Best eye cream

I am 41 and have had my fair share of trying eye creams. This is hands down, the best eye cream I've ever used. I'm on the second pot and results appear very quickly. Once my first pot finished I started using my la mer cream again just to test and sure enough, my eyes were looking less plump and dry. This is expensive but worth the investment

This is awesome

This is an awesome balm. I noticed my wrinkles have smoothed out and it's super hydrating. Doesn't do much for dark circles but great for wrinkles for sure.

Okay. Like just other eye cream. Don't waste your money.

Good but takes some getting used to

I like this. I bought it over a year ago so I’ve used it for long enough to give a fair review! Plus I still have a decent amount left which shows that this product goes far, and that makes the price tag less hefty. When I first used this, I hated it. It was called an eye mask then, not balm, and I used it as such: putting a thick layer on for 30 mins and then trying to remove it. Big mistake! It needs to be left on like an eye cream for any benefit (which is probably why they changed the name to ‘balm’.) And you can’t wipe it off properly anyway as it leaves a really sticky residue. Also, it migrated a lot into the eyes and stung badly. Then I figured it out for optimum effect: just the tiniest amount needed (although it doesn’t sting anymore if it gets into my eyes on odd occasion anyway), at night as my final eye step, warmed gently between fingers first to soften the texture. I personally can’t use it at daytime due to how thick and sticky it is but it would be ok for those with dry under eyes. I have seen a small difference in the overall appearance of my eyes and it definitely makes me look more awake first thing in the morning. It’s marginally softened my fine lines but not considerably; the effect is an overall healthier look than any kind of targeted treatment. I think it would work better on dry and/or even more mature skins (I’m 40 soon.) I don’t know if it’s worth the cost to buy again but I probably will anyway because having non-synthetic chemicals in my skincare is super important to me and Tata Harper is the only clean range I’ve found that have anti ageing success (albeit long term) with natural ingredients.
