Not hydrating enough

The scent of this product is divine and I adore how natural it is, but it’s just not hydrating enough. I completely agree with other reviewers, once it’s absorbed (which happens pretty quickly and isn’t a bad thing as I hate moisturisers that sit in the skin) I want to reach for another product as I don’t feel hydrated at all. It also pills like cashmere does which to me doesn’t mean it’s absorbed well. Too lightweight and for the price tag, not an item I would repurchase which is such a shame as Tata’s oil cleanser and concentrated brightening serum are unicorn products.

Not so hydrating

I bought the travel size package, but this lightweight moisture on his own isn’t enough hydrating my skin, I’ve got to use it in combination with the in the package added serum or oil, I bought as well the nourishing oil cleanser which is so nice, the aroma and texture is just what you need after a stressful day, I’m using this product range for only 4 days, and so far I’m not pleased with the madden promises, I hope to feel happier and more hydrated in the following days.

Hydrating but not enough

I had this in a sample so I used it twice. I liked the texture it's very lightweight so I don't think it will be very moisturizing for dry skin I have oily combination. I didn't like the smell at all it was horrible, but it gave me a very nice glow. I think it's very expensive for a light moisturiser that smells bad and gives a nice glow.

Balls up on my face

I have very dry skin and this cream is not hydrating enough for me ... at first when I put it on it seems alright but then if I touch my face it balls up ... I really wanted to love this ... I guess it would be an alright night cream during summer maybe. Their cleanser though, it's my holy grail.

Nice but $$$

I bought this to take away on a summer holiday as a lightweight moisturiser. Unfortunately, the moisturiser exploded in my skincare travel bag and I lost about a third of the product - so word of warning, don't take this on a flight with you! The moisturiser itself is nice, it's lightweight and moisturising and smells delicious. However, it is definitely not worth the price you pay, there are better moisturisers out there. Buy if you are loyal to Tata Harper and want a beautiful, expensive looking, glass-encased moisturiser on your vanity. (I clean my Tata Harper products out and put Eucalyptus leaves in them).

I wish I didn’t love it so

Hands down the best moisturiser I’ve ever used. I don’t want to like this moisturiser. It costs more than any item of clothing I own, it’s made for an extremely dry skin of which I am not, I’m not sure that I really believe it goes beyond surface hydration. But oh the surface hydration. I find moisturisers incredibly difficult to buy. Thick ones or powdery ones (especially matte) make me itchy, most make me greasy by midday, most lighter moisturisers leave my skin feeling dehydrated as soon as I put them on. A few don’t work under makeup, a few leave me dry. None can transition the seasons. But this moisturiser, which I first discovered in the travel kit (thankfully, as I’d never have purchased this otherwise with my combination skin), is entirely perfect. It hydrates and moisturises so deeply without ever feeling greasy, absorbs beautifully whilst still leaving just enough presence that you don’t feel taut and matte, is a wonderful base for makeup, doesn’t clog my pores or make my skin itch, doesn’t ball up. I first used it in the Mauritius in 35-degree heat and it was perfect then, light enough in the heat but effective enough to hydrate skin after sea and sunshine. Being a person that finds moisturiser tricky anyway, the season change to winter plays absolute HAVOC with my skin - and if it does yours you’ll know the feeling of being dry, flaky and greasy at the same time, with nothing that can ever touch the sides of your dryness. This is absolutely the only moisturiser I’ve found that can adequately hydrate my skin this time of year without breaking me out. And that smell! Maybe it’s just the smell I now associate with great skin. I wish I could buy this all the time. I wish I could bathe in the stuff.

Price does not justify the result

Unfortunately, I did not get something magical with my skin, usual moisturizing and feeling, not for long. Overpriced. I do not recommend it unless you are a fan of the brand.
