Don't notice much

This has really helped with bloating and discomfort after meals. However, you have to be really consistent with it in order for it to help. I take these alongside Nue co pre/probiotics and it has helped with my stomach issues.

Does work, but you need to be consistent
These do what they say they do - reduce bloating and aid digestion, reduces uncomfy feelings after eating. But you do have to be consistent and take as directed. I like that these include a spectrum of digestive enzymes as well as ayurvedic herbs for a holistic approach to tackling digestive issues.
