A versatile option for those who are seeking a tool to alleviate tension and minimise soreness, Theragun Elite boasts a swathe of attachments, speeds and settings so that you can customise your muscle maintenance. Surprisingly quiet (but unsurprisingly effective), this has an ergonomic multi-grip, OLED screen with a force metre and customisable speed range that delivers up to 40lbs of no-stall force (should you need it), while remaining as quiet as an electric toothbrush! Providing up to 120 minutes of wireless power with five easy-to-clean attachments from the Dampener(for tender or bony areas) to the Cone (for pinpoint muscle treatment, including hands and feet) the companion app helps you tailor your Theragun experience to suit your needs, suggesting guided rituals to personalise and track your wellness journey. Plus, you can now pick from 'Black' or 'Red' - which will you choose?
1. To turn on the Elite, firmly press and hold the centre button for two seconds on the button pad.
2. Press the plus (+) and minus (-) buttons on the button pad to increase or decrease speed.
3. Press the left (<) and right (>) arrows on the button pad to toggle between your Elites pre-loaded treatment presets.
4. To turn off the Elite, firmly press and hold the centre button on the button pad until the device shuts down.
Connecting the Attachments: Align the attachment with the tip of the rotating arm and push to connect. To remove, grip the attachment, placing one finger on each side of the plastic connector. Pull off the attachment.

It works
This is a great tool if you have anyone in the house who does a lot of gym or Sports . It’s targeted and does the job. Expensive , does what a foam roller might do. It’s just quick and easy to use and less painful than lying on a tube .

Amazing recovery tool
After two intense lower body gym sessions, I tried this tool across my glutes and hamstrings, easing myself in on the most gentle setting (1750). I was delighted to wake up the following day with zero muscle pain and aches! It's an unusual sensation at first, but easy-to-use and it really works. The Elite is much more effective (and more sleek!) than the Theragun dupes I've tried in the past. I'd recommend to anyone who is active and looking for an effective tool to speed up recovery and squash muscle pain.

Amazing for muscle relief
Firstly, the design and the packaging is so sleek, I love the carry case you get with it making it easy to transport. Secondly, it really does what it says on the tin. After just 10 minutes with the Elite, I am relieved of any muscle soreness and tightness following a heavy gym session. DOMS are a thing of the past now! It came in extra handy post-lockdown having not been to the gym in 1 and a half years. (Ouch!) The lower setting (1750) is perfect for me. And it's easy to operate and lightweight too. Highly recommend!

Powerful
I use it on the lowest setting and that is powerful enough. It feels like a top quality tool, and the battery life is impressive. It doesn't replace a hands-on massage for me, but it can be a good supplement as you can use it on yourself. I haven't noticed any pain reduction yet, which is why I am giving it 4 stars. I do recommend it.

Best thing I bought in 2020
I have fibromyalgia and this gun saved me on lockdown while I could not see my osteopath, JUST BRILLIANT! Seeing my osteopath less and less. This makes the whole difference at the end of the day that I spend locked on my laptop! I can't recommend it enough!!!!

It has worked great on my husband who always has back problems but I would not recommend for slim people as it is so strong even on the lowest setting it can be very painful. It is also very loud so not a very therapeutic massager.

Supercharged Self Care
Having had the PRO used on me by a PT that knew what they were doing and seeing the difference it made to my muscle recovery after doing weights, or in my hips before yoga, I had been percolating on the idea of making this investment for a while. Looking at my options I decided that the Elite seemed a much more sensible choice for me given I would be mostly using it on myself and I can be a little, let’s say, haphazard with this type of thing (I’ve hit myself in the head with the hairdryer more than once). The best example I can now give of how good this is is that I went to a Britney dance class recently, which was a bit more vigorous for me than I’ve been of late, and the next day my thighs were burning. No amount of magnesium or soaking in the bath helped. So, I whipped out the Elite and spent a good 15 minutes going over my thighs and hips, and voila, good as new and ready to go again!
