Clumpy
After a couple of uses became too clumpy to use. Love VB’s eyeliners but this mascara is rubbish. Going in the bin.

Best mascara ever
Best mascara I have used. Love this brush it makes makes it easy to get all the Lilttle lashes in the corners. When you remove it though it doesn’t smudge it just comes off in clumps. Only downfall is every time I try and reorder it’s constantly out of stock

I had to review this as I just love it and was surprised by the mixed reviews and problems that other people have had. This is a very natural mascara, I wear glasses/contacts and have never had any problems from that point of view. On me it stays put and does not smudge or flake. I prefer the long wand as I find the stubby ones awkward, and I love the curved brush, well done VB on design! And, it is easy to remove. At time of writing this review I just wish Cult would get it back in stock. Coming soon has been ages now!!

As this product is getting such mixed reviews and I absolutely love it I felt that it was only fair for me to say so. Fortunately I have not experienced any of the negatives that other reviewers have. The plusses for me are it is a really natural looking mascara, I prefer the long wand, I find the stubby tube wands clumsy. And the curved applicator brush is perfect. I do clean the brush regularly which may help with not clogging. I wear glasses/ contact lenses and no problems in that respect, it never smudges in my experience and is simple to remove. At time of writing this review I just wish Cult would get it back in stock… coming soon seems to be going on forever!

Simply the best
Easy to apply. Stays put all day. Comes off easily. I have deep set eyes and no matter what mascara I use, I end up with 'panda eyes' in a couple of hours. This is the first mascara that doesn't do that. I hope it will be back in stock soon, as I am sure to repurchase.

Strange Texture
This is my second mascara from VB. The first was directly from the VB site. The first mascara was lovely, applied beautifully without clumps. This mascara is much thicker and I need to wipe the wand on a tissue to avoid clumps. I am not aware the formulation has changed so wonder if this is a storage or out of date issue. Would welcome your feedback as this is disappointing for an expensive mascara

Surprised me
This mascara actually surprised me, in a good way. I have tried countless mascaras but I’ve never come across one I loved. As someone who wears glasses often, I need a mascara that doesn’t end up under my eyes or on the glass. This one stays put. No flacks, no smudging- nothing! It will not give you the look of false lashes, it’s more of a subtle kind of mascara. It is a tubbing mascara so removal is very easy, warm water basically. It is on the expensive side but it is VB. Glossier’s mascara is very similar and a favourite of mine too and it’s cheaper. I would purchase this again. It think VB has done an amazing job on her beauty line (except for the lip stains).

Terrible, very bad, no good
I was excited to try this, as I love the lipsticks and the single eyeshadows. But this mascara is just terrible. I have pretty long, but pale lashes and usually a couple of coats of mascara make them stand out nicely. This one did NOTHING. I barely had any colour on my lashes, they were not more defined in any way. Avoid. An unfortunate waste of money.

Chunky
I am a lover of tubing mascaras and the wand of this one looked like something for me. Sadly the formula is so chunky and almost impossible to get an even result. Also it fades through out the day strangely enough. I don’t recommed this one!
