Bought for my boyfriend
I’m an absolute Skin Food die hard fan & have used the skin food light for approx 3 years now since watching a video by Dr Idriss. My boyfriends skin is a little on the drier side by comparison to mine so when he asked for me to help him buy a skin care routine I ordered this to help with hydration. It’s worked absolute wonders for his skin.Â

Not for me - too fragranced
Read great reviews about this and as I have dry sensitive skin I thought I'd try this. It's not for me, not for my face anyway. Too thick and hard to absorb. Too heavily fragranced for my liking. Using on my elbows and knees. Won't be buying again
